It amazes me some of the stuff he forgets. Like Gohan going SSJ2 for the 1st time is probably the 2nd most iconic moment in DB behind Goku going SSJ for the 1st time. You'd think that fact alone would make it impossible to forget about SSJ2.

Because the manga has been progressing really slow. Since the anime ended, they've completed like one or two story arcs.

I only play stormclock as Thalmor, working as a spy to destroy the Empire, and then later Skyrim. I like Ralof and Gerdur, but the Stormcloaks are pretty nasty pieces of work. And I'm not a big fan of Ulfric.

So you like to role play a Thalmor spy who is actively trying to sabotage the Thalmors plans. The Thalmor don't want the civil war to end as prolonging the war will weaken both sides and make it easier for the Thalmor to take the empire and they do not want the Stormcloaks to win the war.

This. The Dunmer was the last ones to out law slavery and kept Khajiit and Argonians as slaves. The only reason slavery got outlawed was because of the Argonian up rising after the oblivion crisis were the Argonians destroyed Morrowinds capital city.

Very rarely. Last time was early spring this year because of food poisoning. Last time before that was just as covid became a thing, but it was food poisoning that made me sick. First time wasn't that bad and only lasted a day, second time lasted a couple weeks before clearing up.

I mean, let's take a look at the overall plot of Dragon Ball Z.

* An alien super warrior arrives from outer space and reveals himself to be the brother of our main character. Shortly after two more alien super warriors arrive from outer space. Most of our heroes are killed in the ensuing battle.
* Our remaining heroes then must travel through space to an alien planet in order to revive the defeated heroes. There they become stranded as the planet is under siege by an evil galactic space emperor. Our heroes eventualy defeat the space emperor and bring back the others.
* The evil space emperor however is not dead and, alongside his father, comes to Earth to extract revenge. However he is defeated by a time traveller from the future (who is also the son of two of our heroes, unbeknownst to them). The time traveller reveals that the future was destroyed by two Androids who defeated all of our heroes and our current timeline heroes must train and prepare for their arrival.
* During the battles with the Androids another arrives from the future, this one a biocreature formed from the amalgamation of our heroes DNA. Our heroes eventually defeat the creature with the help of another Android as well as a chamber where time moves at 1/356 of real world time allowing for extensive training time.
* Fast forward seven years and our heroes encounter a new threat where an evil magician turns one of our heroes against the others in order to gather enough energy to revive an ancient creature to wreck havoc on the universe.
* The creature uses absorption techniques to shapeshift and steal our heroes abilities. Eventually the creature completely destroys Earth and kills most of our heroes. The remaining heroes eventually defeat said creature while fighting him on an alien planet inhabited by the gods of our quadrant of the universe.
I don't know, most of that sure sounds like "creepy sci fi shit" to me.

So tl:dr, DBZ is a super creepy sci fi anime with goofy action.

It'll never cease to amaze me how DB became popular in the US, despite starting halfway through, a god awful dub and without the original score.

Dragonballs popularity didn't really take off until it became more action then comedy. Ocean dub is were most of the memorable memes come from and the original score is bland.

For a time it was the best way to watch any movie you wanted. You couldn't binge obviously, but you could find practically any movie and you would get it within two days. It was so huge at one time that some post offices would have a specific bin for Netflix DVDs.

Nowadays nothing even comes close to an all inclusive subscription of movies.

It was nice having a way to watch new movies without having to sub to multiple streaming services now that everyone has to have one. I remember being told I couldn't see end game without disney+, but I received a DVD from netflix just fine. Same with the spiderman homebody movies.

Anyone with a active DVD sub can sign up to receive 10 random DVDs. The rest will probably end up in a landfill.

My DVD rental history says I've rented 467 DVDs. My first rental was Awaken the Dead Shipped 04/25/08, returned 05/02/08. My last rental is The Black Phone. I'll watch it tonight and I may or may not return it depending if I like it. My next to last rental was The Batman and I found it to be a snore fest and didn't finish it.

Returns were said to still be accepted until late October and I believe I heard those who still have a DVD plan can sign up to receive 10 random DVDs after they stop accepting returns.

Gamefly seems to have a DVD rental service. I just signed up for the 30 day free trial and it said you can get DVD rentals.

First Netflix killed Blockbuster and not Netflix is dying, at least the DVD/Blueray service.

Today is our final day of operations. We are processing and shipping the last discs. After they ship out today, your DVD subscription will be automatically canceled. You can download your DVD history here until October 27th.

It was available on the 3DS E shop. Some people kept their physical copy to. I just played my copy of blue a few months ago, even completed the pokedex. You can also yar har it.

I never played any games that didn't let you finish the game at a lower difficulty, but I did play Star Wars Rogue Squadron on N64 which didn't let you see the full ending unless you were on hard or higher.

Yet Aerodactyl still ran away like a little bitch.
