How is this "black mirror shit?" Neighbors keeping an eye on things in their own neighborhood is nothing new. While this is true, the neighborhood being alerted and up at midnight on a Monday morning, tailing and droning because a stranger is walking down the street, is honestly sad to me. I mean if crime is a problem why not call the cops and have him checked out. They don't have shit to do at that hour.
