To be clear here, she was probably paid 2.50 an hour for the privilege of serving these people who can pay $700 for dinner. Another $70 to make it a proper tip percentage is not going to kill them. I know. It sounds like a lot of money for a tip. But that's what happens you spend nearly a k on dinner.
