I did it about a year back. Its tough but I lost roughly 15 pounds. Im in good shape so I wasnt trying to cut fat or anything, just trying to be a little healthier.

This might be telling about how not hard my life is, but the fact that sports didnt go on as scheduled, and the fact that my vacation spot didnt offer the same amenities as they would in a normal year
