| I_Like_Beards 10/13/22 4:54:47 PM #50 | In January this year I weighed 323, I'm 6'0. Been big my entire life, obese for most of it. Never since birth was I in any form of decent shape. Never believed it was something I could do. Weigh 185 today. Nothing about it has been easy, and I'm positive there are things I could be doing more efficiently. I personally still see the same thing when I look in the mirror, but my clothes are smaller and I've got that flying squirrel thing going so Anything is possible.
