Eventually holidays shifted my work schedule and I've been 6 to 2:30 or 7 to 3:30 ever since. Once you wake up early enough your body will get into a rhythm. I'm usually in bed by 11:30 to 12:30 and get like 5 and a half to 6 hours of sleep. Power nap when I'm home.
