Because we don't have the whole story, it's foolish to shut down your brain jump to conclusions after hearing one side of the story especially considering the precedents of streamers lying and twisting drama to spin PR in their favor. I'll remind you again of the Projared situation where the entire internet believed his wife until it turned out that she lied about and misrepresented the entire drama.

Absolutely. I'm sure you'll also agree it's common for abusive relationships to go both ways. What we saw was him abusing her and her being manipulative by streaming a call she specifically curated and guided so chat heard all the juicy bits to maximize the rage.

Frankly, they both should get out of the relationship and go their own ways, but pretending that we know everything about the situation and making sweeping assumptions is just a recipe to have it blow up in your face.

The guy is unhinged, we don't know what kind of argument/interaction they had beforehand. It could be that he was lashing out and trying to fuck with her by making an empty threat against something he knows she likes.

We don't know what their dynamic was outside of the curated call she streamed, so for all we know this could have been a common thread during arguments between the two of them.

So i'm watching the vod of it now, and on the one hand it seems like she's had an abusive pimp the last 4 years some of it doesn't pass the smell test.

We don't know what their relationship is like normally behind the scenes.

She knows she's streaming so she's on her "best behavior" and can prime and bait answers while he comes across as unhinged because we don't know what kind of argument led up to this, or what she was acting like directly beforehand, it could have been she was saying some wild shit that set him off.

It could be 100% he's in the wrong but the stream seems a bit manipulative

it seems weird in the background of her "girlbossing" she does on stream regularly, it seems incongruent that she was being abused like it's being made out to be, but I could be 100% wrong.

The truth is probably somewhere in the middle.

EDIT: The more I think about it, there's no way i'm going to believe just one side when they set up a stream specifically to expose someone else.

I mean it isnt necessarily true, I dont know, but you don't either. It could be the case that amouranth doesn't like the guy anymore and she wants to get a divorce, but she lives in texas where if she gets a divorce she has to split assets 50/50 unless she can prove it's an at-fault divorce, so maybe the goal is to make him sound as unhinged as possible oh stream to get the recording to show in court, and when you're talking about assets that are worth 7-8 figures, who knows what's possible, i'm not gonna just trust one person's curated phonecalls, that's absolutely insane.

I played maybe 2 hours of BOTW before dropping it and never touching it again. Regret spending the money on that garbage.

I watch a bunch of streamers ya, but youtube streaming is taking up more and more of my time the last couple of years.

As for it being entertaining, generally people watch a streamer for one of two things, either they're really fucking good at the game and you're watching to see a first person perspetive and insight into what that's like, or they have a really entertaining/funny/charming personality, and you just enjoy watching them shoot the shit while interacting with chat, playing games (sometimes hilariously badly) or collabing with other streamers.

There's also irl streamers who travel the world, so that can be interesting, like a reality based version of the travel channe.

There's political debate streamers who can really get into the weeds of topics you don't really see on more mainstream news outlets

There are vtubers who roleplay characters and it's like watch irl anime charcaters play video games and interact with chat which is weird and kinda neat
