My kids actually enjoy the hell out of loads of NES and SNES games with the caveat that they have the rewind feature in the Switch.

Beyond that, they dont have time for such games unless theyre well-polished platformers that are somewhat forgiving without a rewind function, like Super Mario 3 and Super Mario World.

They find Mario 64 and Starfox 64 fun, but hate Ocarina of Time and other slow action adventure games of that era.

They dont care at all about old JRPGs, and any game where youre forced to repeat a level or worse is intolerable to them.

I do not make the demographic choices, I can only point out the studies.

has an aging demographic, that has a similar overlap to the userbase of GameFAQs. Nintendo has given out demographics (such as here: https://www.nintendo.co.jp/ir/pdf/2017/170201_2e.pdf ) and while children obviously still play the games it is still overwhelmingly millennials that represent the base for Pokemon.

I dont know any gen z kid that would sit down and play any form of turn based game these days.

Hello. American who went to the ER here! I spent 5 hours at the ER and got diagnosed with a kidney stone. I was hit with bills totalling over $5000. Since I have a high deductible insurance plan like most Americans under 65, I was on the hook for that. Thankfully, I am extremely fortunate to work for a small company that covers my monthly insurance payment and puts thousands into my health spending account. Most people are not so fortunate.

I was charged $1300 for two IV drugs and some saline.

In my experience it's tough for two reasons:

1. Losing weight is pretty darn slow. Like 0.5 lbs a week is actually great progress, that's 26lbs in a year, but it's hard to appreciate the work you put in when it takes so long
2. Most calorie restriction diets will see immediate results the first week because you're losing a lot of water weight really quickly, so you'll see the scale go down 3-5lbs and be ecstatic. But then after water weight levels normalize your total body weight will stagnate or even creep up, even if you're burning body fat

Also personally my body weight only decreases in water wooshes which is satisfying but really fucking annoying. Like I'll cut hard for three weeks, see no weight loss, have a cheat day, and then the body will flush out water weight and I'll be 5lbs lighter. The body is weird lol

Calories in vs calories out is the entire mechanism of weight loss, but you're always taking calories in.

They're probably the same ones that get the hots for serial killers from those true crime shows.

on the other hand, the merchandise of that fat butt makes the creator alot of money and will ensure he gets to make more games like this
