I actually just misread what it said, it said 'the second big judgement' not 'the second biggest judgement'. It was late.

And you're not guaranteed any particular card; you get 4 boosters of 15 random Beta cards each for $999. I'm not sure who's going to want to buy it at that price.

I mean it makes sense, not sure why I thought it was blue
I mean, historically a ton of the best cards in the game have been blue so the odds were in your favor.

I don't know MTG that well, since I only played a tiny bit during 4th edition...

Can't you use Shatter to break Black Lotus before it can tap?
Black Lotus is a sacrifice rather than a tap and I'm pretty sure they can sac in response to you targeting it. The main point of the Black Lotus though was to hit really early combos so even if it did work you'd have a very narrow window to pull it off assuming you even had a land down.

The reprints are non-tournament legal though, so it really isn't that big a deal. Any place you could play the reprint you would probably be able to play a proxy for it.

That doesn't sound like it'll help people without iPhones, but otherwise it sounds more or less like what I suggested.
From what I understand of how they work, they only work if they are in the vicinity of iOS devices to start with.

"AirTags are not satellite navigation devices. AirTags are located on a map within the Find My app by utilizing Bluetooth signals from other anonymous iOS and iPadOS devices out in the world. To help prevent unwanted tracking, an iOS/iPadOS device will alert their owner if someone else's AirTag seems to be with them, instead of with the AirTag's owner, for too long.[12] If an AirTag is out of range of any Apple device for more than 8 to 24 hours,[13] it will begin to beep to alert a person that an AirTag may have been placed in their possessions.[14]"

Like to stalk people? Yeah, people will basically reverse pickpocket one onto a person they want to track and follow them home. Car thieves can do a similar thing and stick one on a car they want to steal while it's parked somewhere, track where it is, then steal it when it's least secured.

I think the only way to really prevent it is to have them communicate with every phone with which they aren't paired in a certain radius and trigger an alarm if there's something suspicious about that proximity (i.e. the unpaired tag has remained within a 3 foot radius of the phone despite the phone moving more than 50 feet). That probably wouldn't be terribly hard to program, but requires the person to have a smart phone and also raises some significant privacy concerns because it basically means a given tag is communicating with every single phone at all times, so it's perhaps not ideal.
It looks like they did make some updates to deal with that:

"AirTag is designed to discourage unwanted tracking. If someone elses AirTag finds its way into your stuff, your iPhone will notice its traveling with you and send you an alert. After a while, if you still havent found it, the AirTag will start playing a sound to let you know its there."

So now he has to sell his Tesla stocks making him culpable of fraud, or will he work out something else?

From what I understand it's not illegal to pump your stock up, but it is illegal to sell at the peak, and tesla is way overvalued.
He sold a large number of shares before he even proposed the deal and he is financing a big chunk of it:

"Musk assembled $46.5 billion to fund his Twitter takeover, with his own assets backing two-thirds of that amount. Musks portion includes a giant $12.5 billion margin loan secured by his equity stake in Tesla Inc. (TSLA). The remainder comes from bank financing secured by Twitters own assets, a classic leveraged buyout arrangement."

I think if Trump has proved anything its that he isn't very good at turning over documents.

Extremely pertinent point. I guess Conservatives happen to be flute experts instead of guitar experts! Or maybe it's something else entirely, hmm!
Not that I don't think it is related to something else entirely, but that guitar wasn't owned by the government or related to a US president, so it wouldn't have been a lot harder for them to make an case for being upset to start. The actual guitar manufacturer that loaned it to them was pissed however.

So mostly the issue seems to be that it was James Madison's flute and it was in the care of the Library of Congress who loaned it to her to play.
