He was accused of sexual assault in college which resulted in an investigation by the school. A lot of students from that time corroborated the victim's account. He did call in a bomb threat and somehow faced minimal punishment. He went on an anti-trans rant to a former friend. He beat up an Uber driver. And more on topic for this little whiny interview here, a Silicon Valley guest start came out and talked about how abusive TJ Miller was on set to her.
