My father-in-law had significant mental health issues: he greatly damaged his duplex smoking inside, cutting holes in the walls, etc. Coming on the heels of dealing with my mother-in-law's estate we cleaned it up a bit but were too exhausted to pursue the property/repairs with limited equity: we ultimately didn't pursue the estate and let the bank have it. Ouch what a pain. My father in law lived in a trailer on someone elses property. Mother rented. Grandmother in law owned but the house is literally worthless. Theyre only selling the land. The house and other structures are tear downs. my grandfather and father broth own/owned their houses. Luckily it shouldnt be too hard to deal with. |

The deaths are over the course of almost 2 years. I had nothing to do with any of them. Legally speaking. wpot posted... Ugh. I did two parents-in-law within a year of each other: that was a lousy year. The stuff management was terrible. In my case both deaths rather unexpected: here's hoping their affairs were mostly in order in your case. My mother in laws was bad. Her place was a hoarder stash and she hadnt done her mail in what looked like a year. And we were 2k miles away from home so I ended up leaving a ton of trash and stuff for the landlord to deal with. Gmils Im not involved with directly. My wifes aunt is deal with that one and that ones been a mess. One of her children was squatting on the property for 2 years. Theyre getting ready to finally sell the property. The only reason were seeing anything from it is because mother in law died. Father in law is easy and we didnt even know we had to do anything until I found mail from his bank account in mother in laws place. We need to get a lawyer to deal with that because the account had mil as the beneficiary. my grandfathers in also not doing anything about it but I own 1/4 of the house now. Its most waiting while one of my uncles gets his shit out of the house so it can be sold and my aunt is dealing with that. my fathers well Im already working on and almost caught up on all his bills. Ill own 20% of this house and Im cleaning it up while hes in the hospital. There will be a lot of junk going into a dumpster, some stuff going to my siblings, and theyre supposed to let me have the house. |

My parents couldn't afford to pay for it anyway. However, in 6th grade I did attend a weekend trip to a language camp (French), in which one friend and I ended up being tackled by councilors because they thought we were running away. I also fell in love/had my first crush on the camp admin. She was so pretty and nice. My friend was pissed off because we were in the downstairs room of the cabin, and all of the "cool kids" where upstairs and just stomping around all night, so he couldn't get sleep. So he was protesting by sleeping on the bench outside of the room, becaues the teachers and councilors refused to do anything about the kids upstairs. So in solidarity I fell asleep on the bench too. I woke up in my bed with the camp admin sitting next to my bed and she asked if I slept well. >_> |

Both places I worked at gave them to me on my way out the door. The first place did so like 4 hours before the end of the day. So I left. |

So they'd constantly gang up on me and take me out first, then I'd be bored. I finally got tired of them and warned them to stop. The next week, when they were about to strike the final blow, I dropped a massive fireball on the table killing everyone. They of course hated that. I told them that's their fault for constantly taking me out first. They told me to never use the deck again, and I only agreed when they said they'd stop ganging up on me. Which they did. |
