The group of teens who once starred on Rockelles channel as part of the Piper Squad claimed in the January 2022 lawsuit that Smith made appalling sexual remarks about their bodies, asking how long one of the boys penises was and calling one of the girls flat-chested. But the momager was apparently proud of her alleged inappropriate behavior often crowing to the youngsters, and even to others about being the Madam of YouTube and a Pimp of YouTube and that she makes kiddie porn,' the suit states. The court documents lay out a slew of examples of Smiths alleged unseemly conduct toward the teens that frequently crossed the line and was often reprehensible and even illegal. Smiths trial had been set to start Monday in Los Angeles but was pushed off to November 6 several months ago, said plaintiff attorney Matt Sarelson. Asked about Smiths alleged gross boasts, Sarelson said, The videos are of minor children frequently in sexually suggestive attire, positions and scripts. This shouldnt be occurring at all but theres millions of dollars at stake, he told The Post Monday. As long as the social media platforms allow it there will be a market. According to the suit, Smith often talked about the youngsters genitalia, including asking one of the girls if one of the guys has a bunch of freckles on his dick; calling another members penis Dwayne the Rock Hard Johnson; asking another if his balls have dropped yet, and how long his penis is; and telling one of the girls she had no boobs while telling another how big her breasts were. The mom also regularly talked to the adolescents about sexually mature topics like asking if they ever had sex or oral sex and encouraging plaintiffs to try oral sex, the suit claims. Smith allegedly talked about sex toys with them and asked one of the girls if she knew what a dildo was for, the court papers claim.Smith allegedly touched one of the teen girls inappropriately on numerous occasions by rubbing her exposed thighs, attempting to squeeze her breasts, once smacking a wooden spoon all over her body and another time trying to spit in her mouth and on her face as the girl was waking up one morning, the filing alleged. The suit claims Smith frequently spanked the young YouTubers butts and tried sticking a finger in their butts as they walked past her. The mother even once grabbed her daughter Rockelles face and made out with her to teach her how to kiss,' the suit claimed. And she mailed Rockelles soiled training bras and panties to a stranger telling another one of the teen girls old men like to smell this stuff, the suit claimed. |

We should have updated the Court following the April 5 hearing with a complete answer, and we should have taken care before the hearing to ensure that our written submissions reflected all listed corporate titles for the individuals at issue for both Fox entities. The news outlets organizational accounts will no longer post new content on its 52 official Twitter feeds, becoming the first major U.S. news organization to do so since Elon Musk took over Twitter late last year. NPR was surprised by Twitters decision to label the company state-affiliated media, according to a report by the outlet. When pressed by an NPR reporter in an email exchange, Musk conceded that the label might not have been accurate. Twitter then changed the label on NPRs account to government-funded media. The news organization said this label is still inaccurate and misleading since NPR is an editorially independent nonprofit company, according to the report. NPR receives less than 1 percent of its $300 million annual budget from the federally funded Corporation for Public Broadcasting, the outlet wrote. Twitter also briefly added a government-funded media tag to the British news outlet BBC, but BBC said in a report Wednesday that Musk agreed to change the label to publicly funded. As of Wednesday morning, no label is visible on any BBC Twitter accounts. The new label designations are the latest policy changes Musk has implemented since his tumultuous $44 billion acquisition of the social media platform. |

The Terminator-esque tech is one of three new pieces of futuristic equipment that the NYPD has already started to pilot to help with policing, said Police Commissioner Keechant Sewell and Mayor Eric Adams at a Tuesday press conference. We cannot be afraid of [the technology], Adams said. If we were not willing to move forward and use technology to properly keep cities safe, then we will not keep up with those who are doing harmful things to hurt New York. The police robots will also see the return of Boston Dynamic Digi-dog, which was last used by the NYPD in 2021 but was quickly returned when the public started comparing its use to a Black Mirror episode. A police spokesman said at the time that the contract was terminated after weeks of blowback from the City Council and Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez (D-NY). The Big Apple police force will soon get two of the four-legged machines to be used in hostage situations or in other dangerous conditions, according to Adams. The two robo-dogs will get equipped with tech to detect dangerous gases. They will be paid for with NYPD forfeiture funds instead of the budget. |
