With fam sized bag of chips now going for $4.99 per bag, a lot of these companies will soon go under when sales slump.

People try to share to help a friend out but I guess Netflix doesn't see it that way. I have it but I hardly watch Netflix. Maybe 2/3 times per month if that. I'm just wasting money on it.

I usually eat my eggs scrambled with toast and some baby tomatoes that I grill off if I have time. Also like egg salad as well.

I think I own about 5 since I am not a suit guy I do attend weddings on occasion etc so I try to keep a suit or two on hand.

Yes I have! Been to Europe (Italy and the Coliseum were awesome as was the authentic Italian food but then the reality of what the Romans used the Coliseum for sets in and that's a bummer but awesome in that it's still standing after 2,000 years).

America has nothing like that unfortunately.

Most of what we eat and drink is probably now they makers say it is. Some SOJ contains what's know as "PFAs" or polyfluoroalkyl and I have no idea what that is but apparently it's a man-made substance.

As a kid I loved chocolate milk and eclairs.

I prefer the comfort of boxers personally.

Man I hate when that happens but I am not a big milk drinker and I do not eat cereal regularly enough to keep up with the milk's exp date.

I do on my phone so I'm trying to cut back and stop being one of those people who checks their phone every 5, 10 minutes.

I think America as a country has slipped a bit in terms of science and technology.

Ronald Reagan iit that fire by telling a lie about a Black woman in Chicago who was able to get $150,000 a year (and this was in the 1970s when the average welfare check was like $68 bucks) because she lied and used several aliases to collect welfare and VET benefits and white people actually believed it.

Probably 80% of the games on the PSN are worthless so I only buy the well known franchises like GOW etc.

I think it depends on what someone has done. If you murder someone, you should be removed from society for a long period of time.

I also think some people are punished too harshly for what amounts to minor offenses because sadly today people make money from incarcerating people via private prisons which in my opinion should be abolished.

I doubt there is a shortage. Manufacturers are gouging people now because the pandemic for the most part isn't causing any delays etc but people know if there is less of something, they can charge more for it.

I went to buy a 24 pak of coke and it was priced at $12.99 and I remember not that long ago (say a year or so ago) they were selling in my area for $8.99 and 12 paks were going for $4.99 and now 12's are going $7.99 and in some stores $8.99.

Every once in a while on a cold snowy day, I'll make either broccoli cheddar or bean soup in my slow cooker with some good garlicky crusty bread and a salad.

I was thinking pizza as well but I'm not sure what pizza I want. I'm not a fan of PH or PJ so it'll be a local mom and pop deal if I decide on pizza.

I'm starting not to buy from chains anymore because I find burgers and pizza etc made in mom and pop places are far more tasty than the usual chain fare.

No need to fear the inevitable because at the end of the day, it doesn't matter how rich you are, how many women you have slept with, how many homes you have owned, promotions you have gotten, etc because "Father Time" and "Death" for millions of years have an undefeated record so that makes them the ultimate winners.

I recently started making my own pasta and I like it better than store bought because it's fresh and I can make as much as I need and use it when I want.

I purchased a pasta machine for like $80 bucks. If you own a stand mixer, they have pasta attachment for making different types of pasta as well.

Every president going back to Nixon and every GOP candidate all run campaigns based on "tough on crime platforms" which translates to locking certain people up.

Reagan passed a crime bill, GHW Bush signed off on Crime Control Act 1990, Bill Clinton (Joe Biden co sponsored it) signed off on the Omnibus 1994 crime bill that gave us the 3 strike law meaning if you get a 3rd felony conviction, that could land you a life sentence in jail even if the felonies were not serious.

No one ever explored Criminal Justice Reform! Just lock them up and throw away the key.

Michigan will become the 14th state to mandate students take a personal finance course before graduating high school. This should have mandated decades ago across the board and maybe we wouldn't have so many people clueless about finances, credit cards, investing etc.

Not long ago there weren't many legal places around outside of horse race tracks and casino's now it's online etc which to me is bad for people with gambling issues.

I did and it's actually not hard but it is a bit time consuming but not too much and afterwards just freeze the bacon which can last about 3 to 5 months roughly.

Most places in the US especially hourly paid places are a nightmare.

Kia and Hyundai in Alabama were hit recently with charges of violating child labor laws. Apparently they had hired "unbeknownst to them" of course, 12, 13, and 14 year old undocumented kids from Guatemala.

A Chick-fil-A in North Carolina has been fined $6,450 for paying workers with meals instead of money and violating child labor laws according to the Dept Of Labor.

These stuff is becoming more and more prevalent as is wage theft among hourly paid employees.

Employers who pulled these sort of stunts are the employers who rail against labor unions because without anyone overseeing their business, they can abuse employees usually hourly paid employees who are the most vulnerable in a pure capitalistic economic system.

Christmas was great but we did get blasted with snow and bone chilling temps but all in all it was great.

I'm actually a bit better than a year ago, knock on wood.
