I was just thinking of that earlier today, for the first time in ages (entirely because a coworker used the phrase "too many cooks"). Weird.

I wanted to take more injury prevention steps. Get better about stretching regularly, working out muscle imbalances, use the foam roller and massage gun regularly. So far so good. Been doing it, haven't pulled my hamstring yet at hockey. Last year it was a recurring thing and I got sick of it

The workouts I've been hating recently are forearm isolations. Been trying to do like a bunch of farmer walks with 80s in each hand and it's absolutely miserable.

I did hate core a lot when I was doing t25 and whatnot through the pandemic. Never wanna burpee or plank walk again for the rest of my life

now Im watching starting Succession and Barry, both are wonderful so far. Only a couple episodes in but I think I might fall in love with Succession

also just finished The Last of Us. Very great, I had never played the game so it was a great ride. I have no idea what the hell they will do for Part 2

Maybe I should do succession. We have a lot of overlap in tv shows apparently. Barry was excellent, I watched it in a week

Just started peacemaker, two episodes in. It's fun so far

I just finished the wire and tlou so it's hard for anything to live up to those

nier automata. It's gotten better since my topic on it. Apparently I was doing too many side quests and I should have got some of the main quests out of the way first.

Also playing kirby and the forgotten land. It's fun but gets repetitive by the end, ready to be done. I'm in the post credits story so should be soon enough

I haven't had skittles in a really long while. Most candy quality has really gone downhill thanks to shrinkflation. I tend to spend up for better desserts anymore

I can't start conversations but I'm really good at talking with women once they speak with me. But that's true for every social interaction with me regardless of any romantic or sexual interest. I'm pretty quiet until someone opens me up and then I don't shut up. And it has nothing to do with me being unconfident and everything to do with me not knowing how to start a conversation.

If you ever get to hersheys chocolate world, they have a couple exclusive things. The mocha melt away kisses and macadamia nut kisses were the best

You can do plenty of seated exercises. If you have a gym membership, the only machines I'd rule out are calf raises and leg press.

I really enjoyed the game but I was beyond ready to be done by the time I finished.

You're 20 hours in and you still haven't unlocked fast travel? That's pretty slow (I just finished endings 3-5 last night and I'm at like 30-35, even with a fair amount of sidequesting slowing that down), but you're probably at least close (you get it a short while after the Amusement Park). That should help, particularly where the story grows quite a bit from there (you've barely scratched the surface of it before then, aside from vaguely hinting at the core themes)

I've spent a lot of that time lost and I think I need to put off side quests until I get fast travel but idk if it's worth it. I want to like it, it's just not gripping me with any aspect yet. I might just give it until re4 is out, idk.

I'm like twenty hours in and I feel like I've spent at least ten of those hours wandering aimlessly wishing there was some type of fast travel. The story I've heard is really good but so far it seems nonexistent. Button mashing against the same robots over and over is already old. And apparently I have to play through this multiple times to actually beat it?

I kept hearing great things so I bought it, and I'm just not seeing it yet. Wondering if I should be patient or bail
