Reminds me now, my brother had an amicable roommate for like 8 years. They went on vacation together sometimes and then it devolved to the point of rubbing your nads with their toothbrush. I was gonna say, just because you have the right, doesn't mean you can karen all over the other people. But then, you're landlord, so you really got the right to flex all you want over them. But flexing isn't always the best solution to a problem. You gotta try to get along with roommates and tenants because nobody likes being flexed on. If that's a problem, don't have roommates.
