I just have whatever version I downloaded ages ago so I'm not sure if there have been any advancements.

It's incredibly thorough I'll say that much, and when I can be consistent the improvement is noticeable.

Well I started doing rosetta stone again, but might check out duolingo alongside and supplement one with the other.

Yeah, I'm excited for this and never had the impression it would be trash. Hope they found a good balance of appealing to tabletop veterans and those with no tabletop experience.

Couldn't tell you why I took a stab at this one. It's probably been 5-10 years since i've seen it.

Might have been a combination of the blurriness of the photo or just the fact that it looked like a sequence from a road trip? Would have probably had it on 3 with both of you otherwise, the 2nd image doesn't really do a whole lot.

This is where I fell. I saw it early last year and I knew it was good, great even. I was excited when it finally reached streaming and I watched it several more times and I still loved it. But I assumed pretty much throughout that it wasn't the kind of movie that would get recognition from the academy. The performances aside, the substance of the movie allowed itself at times to delve into incredibly wacky and outrageous circumstances and visuals, that I just figured would be too much of a turn off for serious movie critics.

I'm so glad to have been wrong, but I'm not confident we'll see a movie with a similar trajectory again for a long time.

The other side is STILL trying to DO shit like this. Regardless of how unbelievable or (currently) illegal it may be, the fact that it is being attempted is the scary part and the reason it deserves attention.

So yeah, don't call it fear mongering when it's the type of thing that should absolutely instill fear. It deserves to be discussed and have light shone on it. Let's have the outcry BEFORE something along these lines passes, rather than afterwards.

Yeah, we saw it on Friday and had a blast. It's the kind of absurd violence and humor that I could see myself throwing on again from time to time.

But some people in my showing brought their children. Just awful parenting, it is NOT a movie for kids.

Right, it will only be used to enforce restrictions on things they deem to be objectionable, but that criteria is so broad that it could be used to eliminate nearly any subject from being taught.
