The way to make this movie is to ignore the fact that they use famous characters in the game. There's a story that can be told about survivors from killers being pulled into a universe where they need to survive against successful killers. Spend the first 20 or 30 minutes setting up our protagonists through quick montage-esque flashbacks to their struggles, and then have some mysterious force pull them into their sick game against the killers who murdered their friends. I feel like there was some meat left on the bone with this episode so while I enjoy it it's not something I seek out when I want to rewatch random episodes. It's also an episode that unfortunately does not age well (probably something we will revisit) due to it being a product of it's time. I don't mean that in a "it's offensive way", but in a "no one under the age of 24 knows what they're referencing" way. Dee using broken spanish to threaten/reassure the family will never get old. The implication I have to rate this one high, because of the implication. One of my favorite, and probably one of the most well known, bits in the show. Before The Gang Buys A Boat, we had seen glimpses of Dennis being a complete sociopath, but this might be the first true showing of his depravity that's not just played for a joke. The fact that his entire goal of buying a boat was to get women in a situation where they can't say no is both incredibly dark and hilarious. Mac sells it well by going from trying to understand what he means to being frightened by the explanation. Tie it all in with them thinking they're going to be the tasty treats to a bunch of sea scum and you have one of the best sunny moments. BetrayedTangy posted... Denim Chicken My second favorite joke from Charlies dream book. I will always have a soft spot for a bird with teeth, both the picture in his book as well as the taxidermy version they gave him. The way Charlie looks at the cooked chicken in jeans and awkwardly says "Denim Chicken?" is good for a laugh though. I know this is about denim chicken but I actually have a shirt with his drawing of a bird with teeth on it, and I have legitimately looked up if I can find some fan made version of the taxidermy thing to buy and display.
