It's honestly surprising just how much Japanese media fetishsizes LGBT that it's still illegal for them to get married. The popular argument used by old ass Japanese politician is that gays are not "productive" because they're not creating families (making baby's) but already a lot of their "straight" citizens aren't doing it anyways lol.

Oh, thats a given. If someone spends the entire day dealing with customers, you let THEM have first pick at a shift change. One reason that I strive to stay out of the service industry when I can is because they always pick ME as the workhorse. I get stuck being the ONE person doing customer service while everyone else literally has fun.

I get some of that.
I even asked somone why I have to do two jobs, the first is one no one wants to do, and he said "Because You will" So I brought up the argument...so I'm being punished because you know I will work.

And meanwhile, I see people fucking around not dealing with people no-stop and sometimes with a drink their hand all day.
