Just watched this on YT. Yet another interesting idea that got killed off before really getting a chance.

As a commenter said, it seems like it was pitched at the wrong time. Nintendo has loosened up a bit on their IPs since then, and especially Zelda what with Hyrule Warriors, Cadence of Hyrule, and others.

If we take this guy completely at his word that's one thing, but to do so we'd have to ignore everything else surrounding his particular circumstances. He claims it's because he messed up one date in one interview due to a calendar confusion, but that doesn't line up at all with all the other information presented. So there's probably a lot more to the story than the tweet summary indicates.

They ran out of money.

There's a sniper game where when you kill the final boss the game IMMEDIATELY fades to black and you get a "The End" screen, that's it.

I do remember that besides the post game content, the game ends with the MCs actually returning home together. How did Marche convince them? I can't remember.

you can absolutely buy 100% cranberry juice. Its extremely tart but I love the stuff, gives me a jolt of energy every time I drink some.

cranberry juice is basically undrinkable. you can do a mix of juices involving cranberry and sugar that are good, but simply "cranberry juice" is not an edible product on its own
