My God, no. Tanning is one of the things I'm most against in this world. People tell me I look way younger because I don't go out in the sun, or at least wear sunscreen when I do. Now I'm at 170 and I completely understand the mindset, because I felt like that for so long until I finally tried something on at the store and the shirt was a M and I thought holy shit.. I didn't realize. I still feel like I'm heavy at 170 around 5'11. I'm the same height but 175 pounds. Growing up I was usually around 165 or so. Maybe that's the issue. I put on 10 pounds of pure fat. And I can tell when I put on my pants and belt. I'm up to the third hole now on the belt when I was usually on the 4th hole. So yeah, I've gotten fatter. And it boggles my mind because I don't eat bad food. I even started making fermented food like kimchi to help with my health. It doesn't seem to be doing anything. I mean it does help me sleep better but as far as weight goes it's not helping. --- This is where cool people write stuff. |

I know things could be better if I moderated my eating a bit more and went on more hikes, but it wouldn't really make me much happier cuz I like eating, and hiking gets a bit hard to do more than once a week I feel similar in that aspect. But what I really don't get is why I can't lose weight. I count calories and eat less than 1000 calories per day. How is it staying on? Once you go 60 fps and higher you really can't go back. If I had to go back to 30 I'd stop playing games forever. I even mod older games to force higher frame rates. It'll last through the next 2 or 3 console generations since it's already 5 times more powerful than a PS5. I'd totally skip the RTX 4000 series. It's something that no one needs at this point.
