At some point you're going to be asked to sign "disclosures" you should carefully read those documents as they will tell you everything you need to know. They are the documents you will sign again during closing except you'll be signing the contract versions instead of the disclosure versions.

Nations aren't really "in debt" on a macroeconomic scale, debt doesn't really mean the same thing as personal debt. You do not want the debt to be paid off. That's equivalent to everyone closing all their bank accounts at the same time. A country with no debt means the world has globally lost faith in that country's ability to pay that debt which means your economy is complete shit.

Argath not even the most hated character in the game. we have Dycedarg and Argath just a minor bad guy in the grand scheme of things.
heck, lots of people hated Delita more than Argath for wrong reasons.

Argath / Algus is hands down the biggest piece of shit in the game. It's directly because of him that Weigraf and Delita turn out to be huge assholes later.

They need to do a cost benefit analysis RE: how much money they lose to unions vs how much money they lose to constantly having to train new employees. If it's actually costing them billions a year, then getting longer employee retention should take the highest priority by any means necessary.

They could probably save money at this point by endorsing unions

I never got this one. Are people arguing about the picture itself or the picture vs the real dress? Eyedropper gives you a gold color, so it never made any sense for there to be any argument on what the picture depicts.

Different screens / angles especially on LCD displays could give people different results. I remember being adamantly blue/black but looking at it now on an OLED screen it's white/gold.

The real dress is blue/black. The photo has a filter over it specifically designed to cause this problem.

We need to have a constitutional amendment to make it the standard. Either ranked choice or Jefferson System I'd be okay with.
