i mean you can claim it's a reach all you want but you're not going to change my mind. Nintendo is a developer which is very deliberate in how it structures things; it's almost like they hire people exclusively with OCD. They don't just design stuff based on their instincts or whatever immediately springs to mind. There is deliberate thought into music, design, artistry, aesthetic, etc.

Halfway through the article. Essentially the stone temple was built to wage war against the sacred realm and the goddesses.

interesting observations:

• the 4 is a motif throughout the game, 4 regions, 4 temples, 4 guardians, and 4 giants. You'll see patterns of 4 repeated in the architecture
• stone temple inhabitants worshipped the 4 giants, and eventually majora which would be their undoing
• the 4 motif is also repeated in phallically looking pillars, specifically in the stone temple. This is important as it establishes a masculine vs feminine theme, the 4 giants vs the goddesses
• Majora is a female. Majora's wrath has a female voice and feminity to it. The eyes of the mask are positioned in such a way to resemble breasts. Markings between its legs that could represent ovaries.
• the masculine side was defeated by a female demon

I believe few do.

A small amount of politicians will try to align their personal beliefs to their public beliefs with complete overlap. They don't make it far.

A larger amount of politicians are those who have overlap between their personal and party's beliefs. However, they won't have 100% overlap. They will take a stance at odds with their personal beliefs to acquire votes.

A small amount of politicians are narcissists who lust for power, so to them they actually lack any personal beliefs. As a result they preach whatever their side needs to hear.

So the majority will fall in the middle with some overlap. The problem with this is that when you notice contradictions it now becomes impossible to determine which of their statements are aligned with their beliefs.

Those are just my thoughts. I'm also not commenting on whether this is good or bad. Just wondering your thoughts on the type of people politicians are underneath. What do you think, CE?

It's unfortunate that Ocean's VAs were gutted when Funimation took over. I truly believe they could have produced an exceptional project superior that of Funimation's all the way through.

However, the Japanese version is better than both in script and music, and tbh the voice actors showed a greater range of emotions

The rationale behind tough exams and grading on a curve is to allow students the ability to differentiate themselves. You want the mean to be in the center (50%) to reduce saturation on either side.

right, but the mean wasn't 50%. The highest grade in the class was a 50% and the mean was around 20%. The test was literally impossible to get even a 60% on, let alone a 100%. Well-written exams would still be able to capture this distribution but in a more realistic manner. For example in other challenging STEM classes, some students would be able to get a 100%, and by some I mean 5-10 kids out of class sizes of 500+. And the average is around 50-60%.

In addition, in that compilers class, exams didn't really count for much of the grade. Successfully completing his projects was good enough to grant a B+, but it was no easy feat, many kids fail his projects as well. Regardless, I think he made them impossibly hard as a little bit of fun but without doing too much harm on the students' grades. He loved playing up his reputation in a dry sort of way

my compilers professor was notorious for exams where the average grade was a 5/20 or 20%. Because the tests were curved that meant a 20% on the exam would be around a B/B-. Getting a 50% is like getting an A.

Wasn't really sure why he structured his exams that way but he was notorious for it. Despite that he is an incredible professor and brings the absolute best out of his students

didn't even know there was a movie. Need to check it out. Yeah really enjoyed the decode series. I normally stick to super popular and mainstream animes, but I wanted to explore not so mainstream animes. I went into to it with 0 expectations and it blew me away

The action scenes and overall art style were incredible. Zack snyder even used them as inspiration for Man of Steel
