I'm not sure who the 3rd would have been, but thinking it was the birthday girl, because they were talking right before she asked. If it was the birthday girl, both of them would be the hottest girls I ever got with, no contest, which is why I immediately took it as a joke, or her just being weird, or something.

Was out at the bars for a friend's birthday last night and one of her friends that I had just met (and haven't said 10 words to at this point) randomly turns to me and asks how many 3 somes I've been in

I was like ...none , and left it at that

I got home afterwards and was like, wtf, I'm pretty sure people don't ask that for no reason, God damn it, did I blow a chance at my first (and probably only) 3 some. Now I've been thinking about it all day and kicking myself for it.

This one I have absolutely 0 interest in, she's nice, and not bad looking but I just don't see her as anything other than a work friend. She used to treat me like any other girl does (polite but mostly indifferent) but for whatever reason always comes up to me to talk now, is always touching me, etc. I had friends point this out when we went in the other day to drink and she kept leaving what she was doing to come over and talk to me and giggling at everything. They want me to go after her but I'm not interested.

Should I just continue to ignore her signs? Just tell her I don't like her so she can move on? What's the right thing to do in this situation?

I guess you can but it's stupid to throw away millions of opinions you agree with because of identity politics
