Not very good cases, but the characters are written so well here that it doesn't completely kill the game like it does for AAI1 or AJ.

I haven't finished Elden Ring yet, but it's shaping up to be one of the greatest games of all-time. Objectively. Just, everything it sets out to do is incredible. Bloodborne is my current personal favorite game of all-time, but that may not be the case in a few weeks.

Going for stall tactics has always been my absolute least favorite thing to do in Pokemon games. My ending team in the last mainline game I played included Garchomp, Volcarona, and Scizor. Just give me attack power and speed and let me romp.

But this game has been the complete opposite. Getting one-shotted by lower-level Alpha Pokemon is insanely frustrating, so getting the jump on something and using Calm Mind and Snarl to start things off feels completely game-breaking.

Uh, got a question. For the Irida battle when you first go to Cobalt Coastlands, that's just supposed to be a 1v1 with her Glaceon, right? There's not supposed to be a level 15 Eevee that runs in from offscreen for a 2v1?

Cuz that's what happened to me.

I've figured out that my two favorite things to do in this game are things it definitely doesn't want you to:

• Catch alphas that are so overleveled, they disobey me in battles
• Climb up ledges with the first mount that I assume are supposed to be climbed using some other mount later in the game, to get to other alphas I'm not supposed to catch, but will try to anyway.
