That's why I put off the boss, because this banner is too good to pass up. But yeah, go for it on banner 2. Paine's dual awakening + sync looks like a great combo.

Got my first really good pull of the fest, DK Cecil sync2! Also got Auron's sync and Rubicante's chain which I probably won't use.

I've beaten both sandworms but I'm going to wait for banner 3 for physical and banner 4 for magic just so I get a chance to use any new toys I get.

Physical team will be Cloud, Zack, Zidane, and probably Quina and Lenna(?) since I don't need Elarra's crit damage boost with Zack.

Magic team will be Barb, Fujin, Wedge, Eiko, and Cait Sith. I also have Alphinaud's ATB sync but I think I prefer using the all-Hero Equipment team.

Daily: Onion Knight AOSB, dupe Quina LM
Ticket 1: dupe Seifer AOSB
Ticket 2: Raijin USB

1/11 Paine Awakening. Also did 100 gem even though I can't remember the last time I got anything with one of those.

My draws today were just two 5* and Vivi's AOSB2 (ice/lightning). My luck hasn't been great with the tickets, hopefully it will be better on the fest banners.

Shantotto is available for the 10 stamps so if you're planning to do that I wouldn't use this pick on it. Personally I would lean toward Laguna or Kefka out of that set. Mog's seems more like a nice to have but not necessary. Delita is viable across 4 elements but he hasn't gotten any new relics in a while and doesn't have any on the horizon, so he's not really top tier in any element. (He still has no dyad or dual awakening in Japan).

I agree the 3 limits aren't great but I actually really want both glints. +250 SB and QC3 seems great, especially once you have hero gear. First turn instant cast and get 270(?) SB points with the 50% bonus, second turn instant cast the glint, third turn you're ready to use a SB with quickcast.

I just really want the stuff on banner 3. So my plan is 3-4-3 on banners 2,3,4, but I'm only going to do one pull on 2 at first, then pull as much on 3 as it takes, then go back to 2 if I still have mythril.

Yeah, that's kind of why I'm leaning toward not pulling. Lenna is my best healer and I was using her a lot until recently. But now I use Mog and Cait for magic, and since getting Elarra's Sync2 I've mostly been using Elarra and Quina for physical.

I did the rest of the Magicite and Cardia missions. One ticket got me Ace's LBO and Reno's awakening. The other two were 1/11 LMs for Marche and Montblanc.

Terra's fine. It's just that there are some really powerful fire mages right now - Papalymo and Ace have ATB syncs, Vivi and Braska have extra cap break syncs, and I'm probably forgetting someone. But I had no problem beating the Labyrinth boss with her on my team.

I got Rosa's sync1 with a ticket. My gift draw was 1/11 5* junk and my daily was a dupe USB and 2 5*.

The gift selection only has 3 syncs I don't already have: Maria, Ultimecia, and Tifa. I'm hoping to get Maria's better sync on fest banner 2 so if I do I'll grab Ultimecia's, otherwise I'll take Maria1.

I got a dupe Edea AOSB from the daily.

It's cool they added record board tiles for all the old Labyrinth bosses, but I think I'm going to wait until the bonus missions next month so I don't have to do them all twice.

The early event is a nice change... more mythril for fest!

Yeah, he's nuts! I forgot, do you have his dual awakening? I'm combining that with his first awakening that gives +2 BDL, it's great.

I love Ramza but he's kind of weak right now, not really relevant as a support anymore and still doesn't do good damage. I hope he gets some new relics that make him top tier again.

I've started saving my tickets for the next refresh when they add DAs. There's nothing in the current pool I need that much... the only content I haven't cleared is DB XI and there's not much in that realm draw that would even help me.

For once physical was easier than magic. It took me a few more tries to figure out how to keep the team alive, but once I did my time was more than 9 seconds faster. Kain's DA+Awakening 1+G+ combo was awesome, even though I only landed one attack that wasn't during maze guard (or whatever it's called). But when I did it hit for 39k * 6 * 4 to finish him off.

Nice! Sub 30 on labyrinths still seems impossible to me aside from Kalavinka Striker with the jump start. Fujin's hero gear in group L might help though. Not to mention Valvalis's DA in fest.

I'm all for shorter lab groups... max passives aren't that important, and the best characters' gear is usually given as boss rewards anyway. I'd rather get more different hero equipment faster.

I'm looking forward to hero gear for Lightning, Prompto, and Edgar. I'll probably be using the same teams as last time too... Kain and Prompto are automatic for physical and then Lightning is next best unless I try Delta. For magic Garnet is chaining and then two of Vivi, Shantotto, and Ashe, where Vivi is probably the strongest of the 3.

I definitely can't do ROP because I still only have 382 mythril and I'm trying to get to 500 before the end of fest banner 4.

I'd like Thancred's sync but I have every other sync and awakening on the banner, so it's a no go. Gotta save for fest anyway.

Got my first DK sub-30, 28.00 on IV. The first time I failed because Edge was geared totally wrong (physical damage without realm synergy... not sure what I was thinking when I set that up except the team was using Orran before instead of Mog). Once I regeared him for magic it worked great.

Thanks. I tried it on XIII and I didn't win (because Vanille died) but it made me realize Mog is much better than Cait Sith for DK because of the FB counter. If I had Vanille's awakening it probably would have been an easy win.

I have sub-30ed 0 Bahamuts. I'm just bad at that fight. I should probably go try IV with my two DAs.

Did my one sync select and got an old Tidus BSB. Picked Hope's sync.

I did already beat Sandworm. Honestly it's a little disappointing the 2nd round lab bosses apparently are easier than the first. Wind magic was my weakest team, so I dream selected Barb's sync and awakening. Then I drew Wedge's sync, and Alphinaud's sync3 to go with his awakening. So technically I don't need Fujin at all, but I still think she's a better chainer than Alphinaud because she has the 500 SB glint.

It's supposed to be. Is it still worth getting when you have his awakening?

I have enough gems for one pull... I was planning to go for either Fujin or Hope. Hope's is higher in raw power but Fujin's also has extra cap breaks and will be relevant sooner (wind lab 2 in ~5 weeks)

Today was my 2500 day login bonus, but I just got a BSB in the draw.

Yeah, I messed up there. Oh well.

Oh and the boss rewards cover all the HA in the other dungeon, so you actually just have to farm 1 if you don't mind buying from the store. Considering that I wish this group only lasted 2 weeks instead of 3.

650 was a lot easier than I expected after doing 580. This was my very first try.

Also it's nice that they put all the repeat hero equipment in the same dungeon so we only have to farm 2 instead of 3.

Your team must be a lot better than mine, I got 30.20 on my first try on the 580. I don't really want to run it again for the extra rewards right now.

I don't know exactly what your needs are but I would save some for the amazing fest banner 3 with DAs for Cloud, Zack, Vivi, and Tidus.

This isn't one of the labyrinths I'm especially excited for, but I'm glad we're moving one step further to getting to the better ones, especially wind 2 and fire 2.

Balthier and Fran are automatic since they have multiple cap breaks, then it's either Vaan with just AASB1 or try to run a mixed team for Ashe's sync2+awakening.

Congrats! I don't think I'm going to be doing that one until summer fest at the soonest.

Mine must be getting close. I started playing during Countdown to Destruction and I should have only missed 1-2 days since then.

Congrats! I would love that DA but I don't like the rest of the banner enough to pull. Plus I need to save for 7A.

Ravus is making me think about new characters. TBH I'd rather have fewer characters instead of more since there are already so many who get neglected. BUT, if you ignore resource constraints and just think who would be fun to have, are there any you'd like to see?

I got Maria's CSB+. Good pull, now I need to get one of her syncs in order to put her back on my earth team.

It is pretty good since you can combine it with any of those other SBs and get an extra cast. But yeah, with all that it's hard to use it.

Yeah, Sephiroth's awakening (which gives 500 SB) plus Zanshin is a great combo. Plus he has hero equipment.

Sin is still a jerk... The other 6 DBs I tried recently were all pretty easy to sub-30 in one try. Sin I probably did ten+ tries trying to get it down and in the end it still took me 32 seconds with Tidus's sync 2, dyad, and awakening, Rikku's dyad and awakening, and Paine's +BDL sync and awakening.

I was using a physical team for that one so silence didn't matter. It's just coincidence that I'm stronger in physical than magic in that realm (well, coincidence and not liking Kefka so I usually avoid drawing when he's on banners)

I sub 30ed V and VI DBs. VI is funny, it kinda seems like it's easier if you have an off realm character because he starts phase 2 and 3 with off-realm stop which you can shrug off, but if you have no off realm characters he does a damaging move instead. My Relm died to that move at the start of phase 3 but Mog was able to keep the team alive long enough to get the job done.

Oh yeah, I was thinking 36.33 isn't slow! But for 580 I guess it's kinda slow.

It is definitely a bit awkward. I usually do Cait's awakening first turn for haste and Mog's G+ for protect and shell.
