Def true. My kids are really hard to predict. Most older games they dont care much about. However my 5yr old took a shine to Mario Tennis (64) and Mario Maker (technically retro) and my 3yr old is really into Super Metroid and Kirbys Adventure.

Yeah upper Caelid is def its own zone. Anything beyond the trench, dragon barrow, etc. the enemies are noticeably scaled.

If its something I can do a lot at work (internal advancement opportunities) then its been easy enough. I find it hard to have hobbies. Hopefully once theyre both in school full time and a bit more independent Ill get that back.And probably miss and pine over the days they wanted my attention and time 24/7 :(

He randomly picked up my old Wii U and for awhile was just randomly browsing menus. But after several uses he haphazardly started playing Super Metroid and Adventure in Dreamland and got super into those. In SM he can navigate only the more basic areas but has beaten Kirby levels on his own, which is an easy game, but impressive for him.

Does my heart proud to know he has quality tastes.

Its a combination of both? Its like playing Tetris. You gotta work with what you get, but if you can hang long enough and strategize, you can catch a lucky break that actually fits into whatever mess youve been crafting.

To this day Ive never managed to evolve that one character to another element.

Love the humor. And theres just something thats so real and natural about the dialog and voice acting. I always enjoyed waiting around at night for it to run.

My heart goes out to transgender athletes. Like damn, you just want to partake in humanity and when youre remotely successful, even marginally so, and despite everything you had to put your mind and body through, youre derided and sneered at.

As a non morning person and lover of coffee, thats why I really connected with that character.

My observations with multiplayer.

> When Hunting I dont really mind hosts that have used Torrent to hide somewhere inaccessible. As a Blue I am assuming to be jumping into action with allies but the sudden 1vs1 duel that has been set up for me is fine too. As a Red though, thats annoying.

Because of those Ive found it best to invade in legacy dungeons. Invading haphazardly anywhere else is a gamble and be prepared to just exit or encounter lame situations.

Try out Superliminal. Theres some of that and when it happens its an absolute trip.

What exactly is your premise here? There are credits and deductions available to those with dependents. There are credits and deductions for a lot of things.

Im actually kind of impressed with how engaged I am with Elden Ring given how 1 dimensional it is gameplay wise.

Compare to similar games like Skyrim or Zelda where theres puzzle solving, physically interacting with the world, more robust NPCs, and more variation in locale-based gameplay/tone, etc.

they really, really need to make a dedicated pvp mode. invasions suck for the invader, there's no reward besides runes and rune arcs, it's frankly the worst it's ever been. they need to do something with the colosseums where you all just enter a big free for all or something

Options
A stock contract that can be Calls or Puts.

Two parties to the contract. Buyer (right to exercise) Seller (obligation to fulfill)

Call: Buyer has the right to buy the stock at the strike price. Seller is obligated to sell it.
Put: Buyer has the right to sell the stock at the strike price. Seller is obligated to buy it.

The contract can only be exercised if its in the money, meaning its actually beneficial to the Buyer. If it never gets in the money and expires, thats a win for the Seller who walks away with the premium paid.

The Call Buyer is bullish because theyre anticipating being able to reserve a cheaper price (strike price) to buy as market value rises. Likewise the Put Buyer is bearish because theyre anticipating being able to reserve a higher price to sell as market value decreases.

The Sellers are making premiums from selling the contracts and just hoping those contracts never get in the money, so their market attitudes are opposite of above.

Buying Options give you greater leverage but also greater risk. They can also serve as hedges to your existing portfolio. Likewise Selling Options can serve as additional income. If you decide to dabble in them be sure to read your Options Disclosure Document (ODD) carefully.

My biggest fumble was college and my choices there.

The story and writing wasnt good and was too present in the game. I think the flavor and tone of Diablo benefit much more when the story and dialog take a back seat. Diablo and the other villains taunting you constantly came off as too Saturday morning cartoon.

Honestly aside from all that, IMO, thats the beauty of the design choice. Some of you got there by sparing Patches and interacting with him. Some got there by complete accident. And some missed it and still have surprises in store for another time. Maybe not everyones cup of tea, especially in a world where most game developers are afraid youll miss things and ham fist every secret your way, but I love and prefer the way ER does it.

Maybe not at launch but at some point. Starting to feel an itch to replay and I also want to support the franchise in hopes they do more with it.

So I didn't have a problem there but only because I did all the underground areas before I cleared out Atlus and the dungeons. I was OP for Volcano/Capital City.

Come to think of it I may have a 4th path option, being what I assume the capital sewers. Not sure if I have access to an entrance yet, though I do recall skipping over an elevator shaft.

I'm sure I'm not the 1st person to notice this, but it just hit me earlier than all of the major boss fights (or demigods) all have names that start with the letters G, R, or M. GRRM out there being clever lol.

Cool observation! The first letter designates which branch of the family they belong to but I never noticed the overall connection there.

Do you eventually get stuck following through with an ending path or can you basically choose which one at the end based on a final action (assuming you met the criteria)?
