There's no reboot. This is a continuation following a different protagonist. I guess it's more like Better Call Saul. It's not clear what role Sam has yet if he's even in it.

i ment sequel i remember last i heard about this project it would star his daughter but now it stars some new guy

It's a continuation, not a reboot, though the nature of the show for anyone interested you don't really need to watch any episodes except maybe the series finale of the original series but you should probably watch the whole thing anyway cause it's fucking great.
