I wouldn't call FE7 having split paths, aside from a few chapters. FE8 has like 6 chapters that are different.

Three houses have 4 "paths" where 80% of the chapters overlap instead of just giving a full game. Even Fates did it better in terms of variety.

I hope the next FE game doesn't have split paths again. Please give us one massive story.

The new story is fine but if you're playing it before the vanilla version I'm not sure what you'd think of it. There's also a whole new town to explore during the main story. The QoL stuff alone makes it worth it in my opinion. No reason to play the original over Royal.

Oh also, the art style changes SO much from continent to continent, I was genuinely impressed and stil am by the amount of variation in zone and enemy design in the game

Is the full game unlocked yet? I feel like there's so much but the level cap is so low?

Also I feel like the gane isn't very grindy because regular enemies give virtually no experience

I only played a little bit last night but I got to level 17 I think. I found a "secret dungeon" after doing a gravekeeper quest and I think I got a good item from it? I don't really know how stats scale in the game so I'm not sure the impact it has.

what do you do with friends?

A lot of the quests put you in an area you have to do it by yourself

the acting is pretty good and so is the production value but I don't really care for any of the characters and the story basically doesn't exist

I'm gonna try to play more today. I have some work I need to get done though.

It's my first like it. I'm very overwhelmed by all the buttons, key bindings, menus, etc.. it's a lot to take in.

I might have to try it again but pick it up myself. I love the sauces they use. I'm assuming it's the same chicken they used for their failed "spicy chicken sandwich" taco which was the best part of it.

I haven't tried any of the crispy chicken tacos yet, but I'm surprised at how much I liked the spicy potato soft taco, throwing a bit of diablo sauce in with the spicy sauce is awesome. I fucking LOVE the somewhat new Chicken Chipotle Ranch Burritos though for $2. Two of those are enough to really fill me up and I'm a bigger guy.

I would agree. It along with their Crunchwrap Supreme are also the most uniquely Taco Bell items too. Like you really aren't getting an equivalent elsewhere.

I think they have the chalupa style in San Antonio where it was invented iirc, it's probably way better there.

But yea it is pretty unique as far as taco options.

I don't know, I do not think so though. I don't eat seafood so I never look for it.

Last year when they had the chalupa gimmick as their rotating menu was the best... toasted cheddar chalupa and then the quesalupa,.. those were insanely good.

I just tried the new crispy chicken tacos. They weren't very crispy but it was b/c i ordered it delivered which is fine. The chipotle sauce is really good I liked it a lot. I always get a spicy potato taco now because of it as well.

Also lol if you get sick from eating at taco bell.

Other than Tengen's wives which aren't the emphasis.

Literally his whole character. He is who he is because he was ugly and outcast.

Tengen messing with the girls at the start was quite uncomfortable and not what I was expecting from this show. If I was watching a mindless Harem anime, it wouldn't been surprising.

And the consequences in first season felt like they were not something to always happen. They got beat up and spent 2 episodes recovering.
They are making it quite clear though that from now one they will always get super beat up and just bounce back.

This is a spoiler for the end of the series. 6 of the 9 Hashira end up dead.

Also Tengen messing with the girls was nothing like a harem anime, he explained why he was taking them lol.

Also being an outcast for being ugly/poor isn't the same as being unpopular.

MAJOR SPOILERS

Season 1
1. Breathing is interesting power. Basically martial arts chi applied to swords. But done in really interesting way.
2. Villian is scaredy cat who hides and bullies others. Not one who appears before protag and gloats about his power.
3. Main character isn't "I WILL BE A HASHIRA!" he just wants to restore his sister and instead of the combatative attitude of luffy or naruto, he is very kind and compassionate. He actually feels pity on his enemies. His ability isn't making friends like standard shounen, but understanding.
4. Zenitsu and Inosuke are designed to be tropey but they are non-standard. Boy who grows up in forest ignorant of the world. Zenitsu probably has been done before, but is a rarer one.
5. The bond between sister and brother being the forefront of the anime is really what had set it above others. It wasn't a story about saving the world or about rising to the top. It was a story about a bond between siblings.

But Season 2 takes a dump on alot of these things.

1. As it turns out, he is apparently of some special bloodline of sun breathers.
2. Giant boobs all the sudden everywhere
3. The high ranked demon is literally an Otaku guy who hates that he wasn't popular.
4. Tengen and his touching and doing stuff with women. Creepy anime stuff.
5. deus ex machinas (oh! Nezuko can heal poison! The enemies ability!)
6. people getting beat up is literally meaningless and they will heal up. unless it is to kill off someone, which you expect most hashira gonna die
7.

tbh I feel like your complaints about season 2 are contextual and don't even take away from the story at all.

1. They go into this more later
2. They're in the entertainment district..... that's like the point ? ? It's not an issue in the other arcs at all
3. He doesn't hate that he wasn't popular did you even watch ?
4. I think that only happens at the start and with his wives so like?
5. Nezuko's ability isn't to heal poison, she dispels other demon blood arts which is established in the first season.
6. I don't understand the problem with this, as it happens in the first season as well

if you want good quality writing, you should probably experience things that have good quality writing in them

you're looking in the wrong place for good characterization, plot, development. those things are often well developed in almost anything that isn't an anime-based video game.

Tales of Vesperia isn't an anime based game.

Almost all of the plot and characterization comes together near where you are tbh.
