Like gta when played... properly gets me kinda bloodlusted. Like, what can I do to kill and destroy and how and how amazing it is to do all that insane crap. However, that's usually only when I play GTA.

And, When I do something after a mass Killing spree or fight with the cops in GTA I'll feel better typically. Unless I do horrible or cheap shit or whatever.

If that happens then I'll be in a bad mood maybe, but I'm not gonna go out and actually harm a real person.

I don't think it makes people more violent, but imo it has an effect on how people think about violence and making them feel more violent at certain times if that makes sense.

Definitely weird, but after not taking good care of my teeth for like 5+ years and then going to a dentist for a lot of stuff... it's not too crazy.

I got my mom some really nice flowers she's been looking all-over for, spent Saturday night betting on horses and watching the Kentucky derby with her, than went to my grandparents with her on mother's day itself.

These posts always really piss me off because they literally scream that the poster either didn't read the topic, is always going to agree with the doctor, or are blatantly trolling.

Like, I know for a fact that some of the things are malpractice. You cannot just decide to tell your patient you're prescribing a medicine that they need and then not bother actually doing it until they're already in withdrawal. If I don't get my clonazepam or my percocet I HAVE to go to the ER.

Imagine having to take at least two days off every month(if you work) so that you can call your doctor 5-10 times after your prescription is due to hopefully get the medicine you need or go to the ER

I get how some people could come to the conclusion, "well he's on pain medication and is having trouble with his doctor so he's probably an addict"

But ffs I have literally spent 5+ years trying to get off as much of my pain medication and other medications as possible, and have come really fricken far. Like, I've had three brain tumors, three surgeries, radiation, and I'm still on percocet and also take anxiety medicine, so I must be an addict? I really wish the people who said that could have to go through what I do for even a week and see what it's like. I'm guessing none of you even know how a pituitary tumor works and what that shit does to you.

That's all I have to say about that though. I know I shouldn't reply to these people at all.

You need to call a lawyer. There's very few people here who might know the intricacies of malpractice law. Seriously, the ONLY person who you should be asking questions about is it malpractice or not is a lawyer.

A side note: I get cluster headaches and serious pain medication isn't prescribed for them. The headaches don't last long enough for pain pills to really take effect and then you're just fucked up on pain pills for hours. If it's a neurologist who knows what they are doing it's usually a script for Oxygen delivery and some sort of medication to try to reduce the frequency like Emgality and/or Verapamil.

Like almost everyone has said, I guess I will call a lawyer. I'm just scared that once I do that and/or report them to the medical board, that either they'll retaliate somehow while I find a new doctor, or they'll try and basically slander me in my records.

The headaches I get are from pituitary tumors and surgery that I've had to on them so they don't actually stop, they just vary in degrees of intensity. I'm not sure if there is a special or specific name for them, but my doctors have referred to them as extreme, nonstop migranes and cluster headaches caused by my tumors and some scarring from surgeries

I think morphine is only given for headaches as inpatient care or as "you're gonna die soon anyway" drugs. I've never heard of just straight up head to the pharmacy and pick up morphine prescription.

The last time I had it I got super constipated anyway.

I'm 100% sure that is not the case unless they literally changed the law that same month. Because I was on it for years outpatient with my previous doctor and for one. The headaches I get can be very debilitating. I have had three brain surgeries for pituitary tumors and the headaches have gotten better somewhat. However, they can still be a good bit more painful than getting my hand slammed in a car door.

I've made multiple ones about this but it's only gotten worse as I've aired on the side of caution so far and tried to give these people the benefit of the doubt but I cannot fucking take it anymore.

They are literally making me sick from the stress and giving me horrible panic attacks. That and being sick every month due to not having my medicines on time.

This is in NY state for some of the more legal based questions. These are things that my doctors have done that make me want to report them to every board and organization I can. I'm even considering suing.

First: they say coming off 8 years of clonazepam will not have any impact on my brain, mood, or effect that at all and there's zero reason to believe this.

Second: telling me it is illegal to prescribe a controlled substance any earlier than 48 hours before it is due to fill. They said yes when I asked if this was a new law (this month in NYS)

Third is that it is (wa) perfectly fine to cut me off of my morphine after 3+ years because I also take percocet for breakthough pain

Fourth is that morphine is not indicated for headaches, no matter how bad the headaches are (I have had 3 pituitary tumors and get severe cluster headaches) a

Fifth is careless and negligent disregard to prescribing a controlled medicine in any timely manner, if at all. Every month I've had to call and or visit ahead of time, then make 3 to 10 calls on the day it's due to actually get them to bother prescribing it. (Once or twice they still didn't and I had to go to the ER

Sixth is accidentally prescribing me medicines I've been taken off of months ago (morphine)

Seven: Only giving me a week's worth of one of my medicines because I missed one call over a week ago after calling them over 5 times to get my clonazepam prescribed the day after it was due. After calling today to ask why, they said it was because the doctor wanted to see me and called that one time. This is confusing to me because this was not mentioned when i called for the prescription a whole week after that call. Now they're saying they can only maybe get me an appointment and prescription because i missed one call over two weeks ago

this is really rough on me, im disabled and sometimes miss phone calls. Especially with all the stress and anxiety from these people making me sick

Someone, please help me? I don't know what to do. I want to report them to the medical board and get a new doctor, but I'm afraid of retaliation considering how they treat me already.

A lot of the damage coming from meth is the impurities or way it is made. There is such a thing as medicinal methamphetamine that does fuck people up like street meth does. Personally I think meth should be illegal or highly regulated if all/most drugs are made legal but you can't just assume everyone who touches it js instantly a monster meth head.

You make some decent points but this one made me think about all the young people who would likely never have access or a connection to heroin that could suddenly easily get it(without a stigma now as well if it's suddenly legal) and spiral into an addiction. I'm sure that wouldn't be an insignificant number, in this scenario. I think a blanket "make all drugs legal" is a step too far, some things are simply too dangerous and I guess more importantly, addictive

I think it'd be more reasonable to have an age restriction of 18 or 21 plus and a whole overhaul of drug education system warning children of what will happen before and after they do drugs and what it will do to their body when they take said drugs at different age ranges so not only do they understand why they shouldn't do drugs at a young age and wait at least until 18.

After I left her, she threatened me with everything in the book to try and force me back together with her from claiming I got her pregnant, to threatening to accuse me of sexual abuse or rape(claiming no one would belive me or my side or that she abused me) to threatening to have me jumped or even shot by her redneck dad
