Why are people surprised at this? Netflix removes and adds stuff to their service all the time. I thought people were aware some movies/shows arent on those streaming service forever.

Netflix loses shows owned by other people when the license contract is up. They don't drop recently cancelled shows from being able to be streamed all together.

Canceling a show I get. But removing content that you already paid for? You own it. Why would pull it?

The 1.2M, and other stuff is about the length of the cable. A USB-C is a USB-C. The only reasons a USB-C won't fit into a USB-C, is the cable isn't a USB-C, or there's something in the port (which happens quite often). Check it's clear.
