i didn't hate it, but i could never really get into it. VI was, to me, pretty much the perfection of pixelated jrpg's though. wish squeenix would remember it exists outside of super rare cameos.

7 and 9 also hit a lot of sweet spots. might give the edge to 7 though just because of how weird and unique looking it is.

I love VI but it's been a long time since I've played it. I also played it over a long span of time, so I feel like the more complex story didn't 'stick' as much. I'll give it another go at some point.

7 I'm in Crystal Canyon and I really want to play 9.

Haven't beaten it yet, but so far it's the most compelling for me. I like that the story is exciting but still simple. It's such a huge leap from the 'basic' stories of the first games, but it still keeps it relatively 'simple' in contrast to later games. I'm in Toroia right now.

There wouldn't be a debate there would be someone trying to teach Rogan and Rogan dismissing it.

It's the same as with Creationist vs evolution debates. One side had facts the other side has appeals to emotion and little else.

This is basically why my initial reaction in this topic was so negative. Watched so many of these, and it's always the same. Yet there's still 1000s of stupid-ass videos covering all of the easily refuted "Out-of-place artifacts" that idiots like Carl Baugh hold up as abstract 'proof' of God...and this shit was debunked decades ago. Yet we now have the present form of YouTube spreading it all still, while there are plenty of debates available.

Frankly, I did react a little strongly and you're correct here. That being said, there are already 1000s of resources on the type of 'debates' that Joe wants to see. He should really hire someone to 'dig' through that type of content if he is so passionate about it.

I haven't bothered to mention that my great-uncle was a trucker who died in his rig. Crushed when it flipped. I played Dr. Mario with him, and it was very weird to me as a 5 year-old that someone would die, and I would try to cry for him at night.

Anyhow, might have some sympathy for this movement if it was organized by actual truckers and calling for actual rights for truckers.

Calling the truckers terrorists, in my opinion, is rather ignorant. Whether or not you agree with them, they are protestors who feel like they are being discriminated against and want change. They are using what they have available to them to protest just like other protestors have in the past, and as long as they are non-violent, I think its in their every right to protest. Also if they are such a fringe minority then why does it matter if they are vaccinated? You dont need a 100% vaccination rate to reach herd immunity.

Frankly, I think all this does is expose how shitty security is for the average 'right-wing' supported internet platform. People need to be educated on understanding net security, and they're not going to get it from a website that is built as a right-wing reaction to somewhat-liberal social media and fundraising sites. This has happened time and time again.
