The US has one of the worst maternal mortality rates of any of the first world countries.

So we have no Healthcare provided, barely any resources to help low income families and extremely low wages but we want all these women to be forced to have children. It's almost like they need to replenish the workforce for the infinite growth model of capitalism they've selected
