This game is called kickmaster. What do you do you may ask?.....you kick the shit out of everything. Its pretty awesome.

The counter co-op mode alone in perfect dark was more fun than anything goldeneye had, lol. The alt. fire for guns and stuff like laptop guns was cool.

Man I wish more games would have a similar mode to counter co-op. One of the things I liked about resident evil 6 actually was because of agent hunt.

*Souls series carries that counter co-op torch, so thats nice*.

I also played the absolute bullshit out of it for its time with my brother and two nephews so I have a lot of great memories with it. The gameplay definitely does not hold up these days.

Perfect dark is a much better game and we all bought that on re-release for the xbox 360....going down nostalgia lane is fun for about 45 minutes, but then that feeling of "wow......it did not age gracefully" hits, lol

Only if I really like the game. Stuff like scarlet nexus and nioh 2 for example is platinum trophies I got just because I really enjoyed playing through the games and checking out most of what they had to offer. Despite a lot of RNG being involved I actually got the platinum trophies for monster hunter world+iceborne too just because of how much I played the games. (Like, 2,300 hours. I played the bullshit outta' monster hunter world, lol).

There has only been an extremely few times where I will try to go for all trophies or achievements in a grindfest that makes me feel miserable doing it. Red dead redemption 2 was one of those games.

Studying every animal, skinning every animal, doing all the exotic requests, hunting requests for the squirrel statue, getting 70 gold mission medals and finally doing all 90 challenges in the game (some challenges being minor, others like picking all 43 herbs in the game after you already did this shit like 4 herbalist challenges ago with 20ish herbs or whatever and blackjack beat the dealer after hitting 3 times makes you think what jackass thought any of this was ok) is something I do not recommend any person to do because it was so terrible.

Man I barely went to disney world let alone outside the US. (Even then I was so young that I don't even have memories of going, =/ ).

I had a lot of love for those arena shooters, with my favorite actually being the xbox exclusive unreal championship 2, but I do agree with that sad reality that these kinds of games just wouldn't be all that populated nowadays. The skill gap is huge, and putting in the time to be decent at the game is something not a lot of people would be willing to do compared to both younger and older gamers hoping into a game of fortnite, call of duty, apex or something like that.

The gears of war series kind of has that same spirit as the old arena shooters (including the huge skill gap thing), but even the recent releases of that series imo just hasn't been as good as gears of war 3.

I kinda agree about all those old shooters I was so fond of, quake 3, return to castle wolfenstein, unreal championship 2, and gears of war 3 is probably better off being good memories at this point instead of one of these being brought back just for someone to fuck'em up. (Especially gears of war 3. I really don't want to see a remake of this game with all that lootbox crap that gears of war 5 has.)

The contrast between all the internet hating it and all my friends loving it was weird. But now other people here defend it and usually say how I also feel about it.

It's a game you'll love if you can appreciate a game for being a game.

My friend and I also liked it. (At least enough to buy it twice. Once on 360 on release and again on the PS4). We liked it a bit more than 5 actually since as goofy as RE6's story was it at least had really good controls with the dive, quick shot, and counter attack mechanics.

I assume the bigger streamers usually have that advertisement or donation money to easily replace temper tantrum broken controllers. (Although that gamecube controller stash has got to run out sooner or later. Not unless nintendo made a lot more recently during the smash 4 era).

Now the average cheap-ass like me? The devil is a liar I ain't spending no more goddamn money on controllers than I have to, so I don't see how the broke ones keep going through them like that, lol.

(Seriously, this volt glitch straight up breaks the game. It needed to be recalled and replaced with a updated umd version of the game if you had the physical copy).

I remember liking dead island 1 and enjoying the 4 player co-op run I did of the game. We didn't care for riptipe though.

Honestly the co-op was what made a lot of those 360/PS3 era games for me. I feel that same way about borderlands 1....probably wouldn't have enjoyed it nowhere near as much if I didn't have my brother and two friends to go through all those era of co-op games with.

I am no doubt trying this new one out because lets be honest, it ain't like there is a gigantic selection of stuff to go through on the PS5 at the moment besides the indies, lower budget and higher budget cross-platform releases I been playing, lol.

I've put in for 6 Kickstarters, and the weakest of them has been Shenmue 3. I'm waiting on Sea of Stars, Eiyuden Chronicles, and Mina the Hollower (new game from Shovel Knight devs). Previously funded were Bloodstained, Pillars of Eternity (and its sequel), and Shenmue 3.

I think the weakest I backed was for indivisible. It wasn't a bad game, but it wasn't super amazing either.

Right now my other backed games is also mina the follower, detained: too good for school, curse of the sea rats and eiyuden chronicles. *crossing fingers for that curse of the sea rats game to be good since I liked the concept and that dev is still a bit unproven. Breath of fire 3 in comparison to part 2 is a pretty good quality jump. Streets of rage 2 is also a much better game compared to streets of rage 1.

I am fortunate enough in that everything I put money towards on something like kickstarter I ended up liking. (With bloodstained being my favorite. Put 150 towards that and ended up really enjoying both the main game and curse of the moon). Eiyuden chronicles is also looking good, so I have some fath in the dudes responsible for the original wild arms and shadow hearts games.

Lol, I mean the game is standard saints row fun gameplay-wise....when it works. This game is just glitchy beyond all reason right now, which either just makes you crack up at it all or be very annoyed or pissed. The annoying ones is how your customization for things like clothes, cars, and guns just constantly reverts back to default skins, so its mad annoying doing that over and over. Other players can't even see your gun customization (when we was talking about the gun skins, we noticed that yeah.....each other's stuff is in the default state on our screen).

There was also this glitch where when I was in the style menu changing the color of my clothes and whatnot, my friend just saw my character standing around butt-ass naked lol. Its a real hot mess right now.

Its definitely no 60 dollar game, so I plan on just trading it in (which most likely won't even take long to beat since the game only has like, 21 missions I believe) for the 35 towards like, well, whatever else I am getting the physical for next. Planning on getting star ocean and valkyrie profile digital so it aint those.....woulda been that evil west game but it got delayed, =(

My friend and I have been playing through the game on co-op, and while there was definitely many glitches we came across this had to be the craziest one. Just wanted to share this shit (I was the host during this mission and from my perspective nothing crazy was going on, lol):

Plan on getting back on in a few so I can't wait to see what this game has in store for us tonight.

Also, I got permanently stuck as a toilet thanks to the game's pranking system and the only way I was able to revert my character was because I had a boss factory preset saved (the game also had two auto saves alongside the manual one I made, but in all of them had the toilet applied to them even if the prank happened during a later mission. My PS5 also auto-uploaded the save file since I forgot to disable that....oops). Very fun stuff.

They have a chance to overtake sony if they start really knocking it out of the park with those xbox/PC exclusives from all those third parties they bought recently. They can't do the scalebound or fables legends thing where they lose faith and cancel the games before it they get a chance to release....it has to actually come out and be good....create some more franchises than the standard shooter and forza games they normally relied on.

Microsoft has traditionally had a rough time in certain countries with xbox sales, so if they take this sony price hike moment and turn it into their version of the infamous PS4 game sharing diss (alongside being serious about investing in all those companies with some good genre diversity instead of just the shooters and forza thing) they do have a chance of gaining ground in some of these countries (probably won't ever make much of a dent in japan though. Nintendo and mobile got a stronghold there despite the series s making some ok sales there for a few months).

Sony would also have to keep making some bone-headed decisions to the point that not even the playstation exclusives that normally works well for them would make that much of a difference compared to their damaged image. (Right now sony is playing is safe by avoiding including NA in that price hike thing, but regardless this news is going to piss some people off everywhere else).

Ain't a single thing wrong with what I typed about how sony is doing the porting process so far and how the wait for "possibly, maybe, could be" ports for their games works, lol (again, they never agreed to follow microsoft's path and guarantee day 1 console+PC releases for all games). The playstation 5 console in general is for the (what should have been) 499.99/399.99 US dollar w/ tax entry fee+whatever extras like ps plus and the guarantee that for the next 6ish/7 years all those releases that is showing up on the playstation first or possibly staying on the playstation in general will be played on the day they come out. Consoles has always worked this way, so nothing about this changes.

A price hike in general for the system itself/not a bundle is pretty bull-shit and is the thing that is changing. If I did not already have one I would be pretty pissed (since there isn't anything stopping them from doing the same in NA or wherever else that did not get hit by this yet).

Lmao nah, I'll say it again, face-lifts and the other minor sprucing up they are doing with the old environments just isn't worth the 70 dollar asking price they are trying to get for that imo. They didn't even bother adding any of the last of us 2 gameplay features like crawling prone, being able to jump on top of enemies (or going the extra mile to make new areas to make use of last of us 2 gameplay features if they was supposed to be remake of the first game) for example and doesn't even come with the damn multiplayer factions mode that the first game was originally came with. (Instead they are more likely going to charge extra money or change it into some free to play microtransaction-fest when it releases later on seperately).

I liked most of the sony exclusives that released in the past few years, but I got to call it like I see it with this last of us part 1 thing they are doing. *shrugs*

Nothing wrong with waiting of course, but you have to understand that they won't be following microsoft's gameplan of every single release being shared with the PC day one since those sony exclusives makes them a lot of money with the initial console sales so constantly having to wait, and hope that this specific game will even be picked to be ported is just.....again me personally, a crappy waste of time when it comes to the gaming hobby. Sitting around on message boards, posting and wondering "when is final fantasy 16 coming?.....is it this month? Is it this year? How long does this epic store deal last? When is this playstation exclusive wolverine game going to get ported.....it definitely won't be 1 year, lol. 3 years? 4 like spider-man?" when I could have already played these games day 1 and moved on to whatever else is releasing in the next month or so......it will always be a endless cycle of this, waiting, finally getting porting, and then waiting again (likewise those who play some of these releases day 1 would have already played, waiting for the next release, played again, etc. etc.). Either way sony makes money though.....since there is those PC gamers that never happened to get a playstation, they can play these games for their first time after X amount of years at a price close to it's full release price on the playstation whereas on the playstation these would be considered greatest hits budget releases at that point.

Whenever that next PC and xbox exclusive like star field drops and its something I know I want to play, I am not going to sit there and "hope" for a playstation port (which has a strong chance of not ever happening....like certain playstation exclusives), I am just going to get it on the PC or more than likely buy a series X and be done with it.

The first 1 I bought and got absolutely addicted to was phantasy star online. Since it was my birthday I wanted to treat myself to a rpg on that fancy fairly new dreamcast console my brother just got on release date, and phantasy star online just released in NA a week ago on january 23rd 2001.

I didn't know a single thing about phantasy star online...all I know is that my household just got our first PC with the internet very recently, the dreamcast can also connect to the internet with it's 56K modem, and it had online multiplayer on the PSO case.

Bruh........that game was so damn fun, addicting, and made me go all "man online gaming is awesome, wtf this is cool", lol.
