It's just a stainless steel bar that you rub on your hands. Stainless steel will absorb the onion/garlic odors. You can just use whatever you got laying around like a pot lid or knife if you have some stainless stuff.

That game has the quickest turn around from pretty rad to unbearable. It's a shame...

Ya. I work from home so it's just easier for me to handle most of it. Also I like cooking way more so it really isn't an issue.
