The movie literally starts with harry doing magic outside of school, which was already established as a no-no plot point in the movies themselves beforehand.

Incidentally it also ends in a similar dumb way, a freeze frame of HP's face riding the firebolt wtf. I remember walking out of the theater fuming at HP's dumb face XD

I had already heard praise so I expected to be entertained, and the fact that I love ryan reynolds now just added to that, and then the movie delivered, it was extremely fun and entertaining.

Here's hoping this time they don't just have Aqualad voicing literally all the black characters and then some. I get having a reduced budget but come on... having him voice Black Lightning too, I honestly thought it was Aqualad talking at times.

I had hope because the promo photos and the intro made it seem like they knew exactly what fans wanted and were gonna deliver it. The intro literally featuring the OGs and being a throwback to the original members of the team was the kind of thing that's perfect to appeal to us.

Ok this new arc might be (fingers crossed) better. I really like the transformation of all the Roys. Last season's best episode, Nightwing and all the Roys, was an all time great, and this episode giving me similar vibes. I don't dislike Artemis/Cheshire either.

The savage girl and onyx girl seem silly but let's see where it goes

I'm honestly still watching even after the shitshow that was season 3 because that's how much goodwill season 1 built up. This show still riding on that fantastic season 1 quality. The initial 6 members and their relationship to each other was amazing. And when zatanna joined late in the season, that was great too, it opened up so many new dynamics especially for Dick. The tight-knit focus on the group is what made season 1 shine.

When season 2 expanded the cast exponentially, it got rather bloated, but even then there was still potential if it meant they were going to develop all the characters (like say, Wonder Girl) at some point which they never did. But the focus this time being on Blue Beetle was still pretty good since he was pretty likable and it was my intro to that incarnation of BB, whose design and concept I immediately liked.

Plus they introduced an ancillary group to the YJ team that had Static, who I would have liked to see more of, and most importantly they brought back a version of Apache chief that I would have really really liked to see more of, I liked him a lot. All of these elements could have been groundwork for another season 1 level development in later seasons if cartoon network execs hadn't worked tirelessly to destroy the series.

Compare that to season 3's focus on Halo (yuck) and the horrible trio of Forager/Brion/Halo... jesus h christ.

I get that animation is expensive now (couldn't they just outsource to korea/china like they usually do?) but jesus christ it's 20 minutes of still images now. It's kinda upsetting. Why did they even bring this show back

No they don't. Look in your driver's manual and it will tell you what octane you require.

Engines use a kind of bicycle pedal looking contraption to pump cylinders. When one goes up the other goes down. The speed at which this happens is regulated by the octane of the fuel based on the engine specifications. In order to actually work as intended, the engine expects a specific octane of fuel. If you don't get it, you get what's called a misfire which is where two cylinders try to go up at the same time. If this happens too often your engine breaks.

Read the driver's manual of your car to figure out what octane you need and use only that octane.

So it's like, some octanes are better for some cars, or is it a tiered list where the highest octane is best for all cars. And is it just a matter of putting the right octane means not need to take the car to the garage as much?

I tried getting into this game recently on that ff 10 collection to verify that the battle system that internet nerds insisted was the best job battle system in the series to date.

But for the life of me I couldn't sit through it. Despite the stupid square enix cimpany having the chance to improve the game, the ps4 collection doesn't have skip scenes feature, doesn't have double/quadruple speed, doesn't have any quality of life improvements. I couldn't even fathom why

i remember super mario advance 2 (super mario world) had a change where taking damage with a fire flower or cape feather would only downgrade you to super mario instead of regular little mario

Super Mario Advance was my first gba game and I loved it to death and I'm sad that I never found my copy of the game. Should have bought another one ages ago, I really want to replay it. It's also the game that I can trace back to luigi being my favorite character who I would always choose if given the option, which I still do to this day.

Super mario advance 4 (which is apparently smb 3) is the only one I didn't own so I never played smb 3. I tried it once and immediately disliked it, going from super mario world to that was a considerable downgrade

Dunban's best friends were all traitors. He had no friends. One was a coward and clearly evil from the first 5 minutes, and it was obvious he was the evil robot later on. And then the other who you would think is the good friend spends the entire time in the game grinning evilly and whispering to himself and you think it's a red herring but no, it's just straight up betrayal plotting.

It's like a weird combination. Sure violence might be more acceptable than nudity and sex scenes, but at the same time there's sexploitation everywhere... heck just look at sports. In basketball or america's version of football, the game is literally paused... so that a group of scantily clad women prance around the field. Compare that to soccer, the sport of the rest of the world where the pitch is basically just empty during the half time and then the sport resumes with no cheerleaders whatsoever.

Meanwhile, many places in Europe have billboards and commercials plastered with naked women, and no one seems to bat an eyelash, but if a woman's breast pops out during the halftime show in America, there'll be hell to pay

It's kinda amazing how that saga begins and ends up. It starts with future adult gohan dying because of the teen androids in one of the most tragic scenes of all time, and ends... with tween gohan becoming super saiyan 2, the strongest super saiyan in existence, and defeating a perfected cell.

The same character who dies, becomes the character who saves the day. Android-Cell Saga might have introduced some of the worst elements like time travel, hyperbolic time chamber for infinite level grinding, and irrelevant power scaling, but boy does it bring it all together perfectly.
