I'm gonna be on mobile and would rather not make the trek to The Site right now, but can anyone remember if Tidus was acting as oblivious in Fire Emblem Awakening Mafia? I always suck at figuring out when dumbtelling is being faked, but I wanna check what Tidus acted like in earlier games in comparison.

Honestly just from a couple of pages I feel like Tidus was a lot sharper in that game. He even put a vote down that guy. He also admitted when he didnt have much to say and wanted to improve.

Well I checked the whole end of day2 situation and of the people who even humored lynching Plum over DYL I like Ben the most for already given reasons.
Sheep is after that since he at least established his Plumhatred, but he did not seem to question his vote as much as Ben did for a while.
Kirby just seemed to be in his usual not too serious mood. But looking back Plum was so clearly giddy about Kirby possibly going after Ben instead. As was DYL. And that is making me like Kirby more since I dont know if scum would incite such a reaction from scum.

Sbell was also being more jokey than involved. But he did say he didnt like DYLs claim and didnt vote anyone else.

Of course if Plum flips scum, all of this analyzing could be moot anyway. Besides maybe in the event of plumscum being a less powerful role for scum.

I also kind of believe Reds displayed emotions here are more a result of him being frustrated that nobody is liking for his backup doc act.
Still would like him to tell me how he felt about DYL throughout the days.

Scumred was pretty involved with his team as far as I recall.
Pretty mellow and not much of a busser either.
Sneaking a peak at my old discord I cant see what Red used for a fakeclaim tho.

Well we did already see a pretty wack Jack claim from scum.
And Backup is another standard fakeclaim for scum.
But no I also dont know if Red would add the weirdass 'I thought I was a nilla' caveat

I suppose you/Sbell telling us to kill DYL could be motivated by self preservation. But I do like your/Sbells sorta humble stance on that endorsement tho.

Anyway some collected notes from DYL pre-claim. (This is mostly about other players talking about DYL instead of what DYL himself said) Retreading some ground here but..

Day1 I sorta like Sheep for being the first to vote DYL instead of just talking about him. But his vote was kinda deflated by his statement about wanting to lynch Plum first.
But if Plum is scum too, which I strongly believe, Sheep looks better for it.
He has a habit of placing votes on other targets besides the main lynch, so I can say Sheep is consistent at least.

Kirby also voted DYL for not posting a lot and kept his vote on DYL but that vote didn't stick long (as Lea noted.)
In general Kirby always votes in a way that lets him take it back easily (he voted DYL on day2 for the memes). But I cant tell if this is simply because of his playing style.

Also how ironic that Ulti defended DYL hard on day1. But Ulti did want to give him a day more at least. What I find interesting here though is that Plum argued with Ulti about this.
Though really thats about the only thing I can find that might possible distance Plum from DYL. And Ulti on his part went very loud after DYL at the start of day2.
However later in the day Ulti did say this:

Im honestly very paranoid about this DYL lynch and could be convinced to just special Red instead.

Which I want people to keep in mind if Red is proven to be town somehow.
I mean Ulti being hypocritical is what I'd expect from him, but its still worrying me in certain scenarios.

Ben helped put pressure on day2 by being the first to vote him. As if I need more reasons to like Ben. ScumBen also wouldnt get so hyped up about DYLs typo pretending to be a slip I think

Next I will give Sbell this, he told us to kill DYL and several players listened with votes (IGCD, Lea, Kirby again). Why he did not vote DYL himself I dont know however.

I also see my own point about Red calling DYLs checkup post scummy despite later saying that DYL always looks scummy and his lynch would be boring. I dont recall Red ever answering me about that.
But I also see my own point about DYL leaving a vote on Red at the end of day1, so that makes me lean town on Red a little more. (backup claim set aside)

I am also noticing a throughline of Lea basically being focused and good at commenting on stuff.

BCT also commented on DYL a bit here and there, though he seemed to have trouble reading him. He did say he would vote DYL if he wasn't already at 5 votes at least.

The only ones who really didn't do much about DYL so far were Tidus and Plum. The latter claimed to be busy, but I recall him not saying much about DYL when he came back either.

I dont think scum gets a thief role and IGCD has seemingly made two thief scans so far.
Though now that I have typed this out completely I have come to think: giving scum a thief role is not as crazy an idea as Changmas' funky role.

Shouldn't Ulti and Ben also be scum if IGCD is scum?

Well its becoming Process of Elimination at this rate, but I still want to murder Plum.
I feel like as long as he is alive, scum can use his 'scans' to push towards mislynches on players like me

And on the small chance that he is town, it should be near impossible to miss scum considering we will have Tidus and BCT confirmed.

But I dont trust Plums scans as far as I can throw them.
Aside from that and the IGCD scans and powerclaims, I have felt good about Lea.. decent about Kirby and BCT. Less good about Sbell and Sheep. Tidus I need to read up on again. Red is in the middle, and I think he will resolve eventually once the time comes for all claims to be made.

My case is the simple fact that his scan calls Kenan 'Keenan'
Which is also the name I got for my flavor.

A host typo quirks sure, but I dont know if a fakeclaimed thief can pull off that consistency.

I also dont think IGCD is lying at least

I do notice something about IGCDs scan that makes me want to buy him 100 % too.

I assumed Kenan was just on a lot of nickelodeon shows, didn't realize the shows were connected.
Never grew up with 90s Nickelodeon (Dutch and all)

Oh I see it now, my show was a spinoff from Ulti's show.

As for that flavor split idea. Maybe scumshows are the only ones who break beyond the 2000s?

I did see IGCD claiming to have scanned Ben, which I sorta appreciate even if I already was feeling pretty good about Ben.

I am not saying its the best solution. But it is something I would consider doing if I was a townRB.

And yes you are right that third theory is also possible.
I am still catching up anyway, and I see some other good points were raised against Red being a backup now too.

Death, I'd take it as a kindness if you'd claim out of the goodness of your heart. I feel like if all the people unassociated with scans claim we have an extremely high chance of solving the game, or at least hitting scum today. If we buy Plum, D1 was a town-town lynch that you stayed out of which makes the waffling look worse. If you need a bunch of foreplay I can rile up posts and votes tomorrow, but cooperation will do you credit.

If Plum is town, I would argue scum wouldn't care who died..
They might even focus on Plum since he was a claimed scanlike role.
It makes reading the day1 EOD a lot harder though which is why I came in today half expecting town to just vote Plum already.

Oh and I sorta buy Red

Because I dont buy that scum would avoid a NK entirely

This was me wondering why Sheep voted DYL if he said he didn't want to lynch him today.

The first sentence was me noting that DYL had already ISO'd Plum. Thats a fact not an opinion or an endorsement.
The second one was a comment about you and why your vote was placed.
The third was also more about the voter than the voted. It just happened to be DYL.

This is the only one I will sorta grant you, but it was just the standard 'this all seems too easy' feeling I got at the time. I still didn't think it made DYL look good. It just made 2 other players look questionable.

Ulti did you just literally ctrl+f DYL to try and see if you can make a story out of it? Because you are almost completely wrong.
