I learned to play the game just fine without the tutorial when I was 11, you should be fine if you skip it.

Also not sure I've ever seen people recommend the tutorial, and FFT is my favorite game.

That is way too inconvenient to be worth it.

An hour commute would probably kill me; for me, its about a 3-5 minute drive from my home..

Well it was more like 50 minutes, but the commute + 12 hour shifts was why I quit that job.

Hmm, probably the incumbents stay in office and congress appoints the president as if there were an electoral college tie.

I work 6p to 6a, but the way its scheduled, I love it. It's a set schedule, so every 2 week block is the same. I work Mon, Tues, off Wed, Thur, work Fri, Sat, Sun, off Mon, Tues, work Wed, Thur, off Fri, Sat, Sun..repeat.

Honestly, it's not bad. I have plenty of time to hang with my wife and friends. Blackout curtains are a must. I am lucky in the fact that my wife takes care of all my meal prep for me though, so there is that.

I did that. The 12 hour shifts on top of an hour long commute (one way) was brutal, but getting 7 out of 14 days off was amazing.
