I think their dynamic is a little different, but after Will's friend gets shot, you can see how much Uncle Phil cares about Will and really wants to see him succeed.

I also like how Will and Carlton have a more antagonistic rivalry, largely because of the latter's insecurity.

I've only seen the first two episodes, btw.

so far, I think my only real criticism is that it seems the show goes a little fast in introducing Will to key characters and possible sub-plots.

edit: I guess it also over does using music.

I think it's decent, so far (still on the first episode).

won't say that drill causes gun violence, but rappers, and people from their gangs, have been targeted by rival sets due to dissing someone(s) who was killed, even if they might not have been the ones to kill those people.

iirc, Lil Durk said he'll stop naming people in his disses because so many people close to him have been killed, and he attributes a lot of that due to what he rapped about.

I've always found this criticism around Aloy's appearance to be weird, tbh.

is she the most attractive video game character? that's debatable, but she looks fine the way she is.

that would mean him caring for the well-being of others over potential monetary gain.

I watched a bit of his opening podcast thing, and a viewer was like, "I'm willing to play It Takes Two with you"

and DSP turned them down, saying it's not something he's into. dude lacks any sense of graciousness and business acumen.

like, if he's willing to accept the person's offer, other viewers will see he's willing to offer something more and it might get them to contribute more.

also, he went on some spiel about how he doesn't need friends, like they're a liability/waste of time, or something like that.
