The problem is that the newer games get all the hype, and with it comes the attention and prize money. The best players give all their attention to the newest stuff, and as a result, the older games would be focused on by the lesser players, and the matches wouldnt be as good. Trust me, SF4 is my favorite game of all time and I wish the scene would have lasted forever.
