| hylianknight3 03/06/22 7:30:38 PM #50 | I am very conflicted on this one. The Koopalings have always been among my favorite characters, and I hated Bowser Jr. for many years for taking their place. Now that theyve had so many cool appearances since their reemergence, including the astonishing inclusion of each one of them in Smash, I almost feel I have no right to complain. At the same time, Jr. has been used better and better, including in those very cute Parental Warning spots for the Switch. That being said, I chafe intensely against Nintendos comments that the Koopalings are not Bowsers children according to their current storyline. If they were acknowledged as his children, I could feel all wounds were healed, but I still have a sour taste. Still, I am surprised to find myself saying Yes --- The azuarc of the contest universe is long, but it bends toward Guruship. |
