It's just the base game, but the first expansion is coming as DLC in 2023 and if you buy the special edition you get a download code for it

On the topic of Lea's role, if she's telling the truth, then I believe her claim was pro-Town. Wish I could've made the point first so that my post wouldn't seem "unnecessary", but I agree with MZero. It's far more likely for town powers who attempt to target Lea to stay quiet about not being able to target her, because they wouldn't want to immediately claim they were blocked, allowing other power roles to silently target her. (I mean, some townies are a little trigger-happy on claims, but barring them, most power roles would like to stay hidden for as long as possible)

If Lea is lying, we'll see the lies untangle as the game goes on. I don't see a point in testing Lea's claim this early in the game.

Lea claiming a role like that early on seems pretty towny, that'd be putting a lot of unnecessary attention on her otherwise.

Initial Ulti aggression towards Mzero already feeling familiar(And yes you're unblocked).

Something about IGCD though, he comes in voting Lea, says he doesn't like Ulti's post... except for the part where he attacks Mzero, but then doesn't indicate a dislike of mzero?

Ok so I think I can articulate better why I don't like Lea's claim as town. First off, there is no Chris thats is confirmed to not be on her team, so the arguments that its the first post, its content, unlike last game blah blah blah, is completely and 100% moot. No Chris means that scum can afford to be more daring and not have to worry about their play being under a giant magnifying panel. So any of that she played different is completely and utterly moot.

The claim itself is such a misuse of power as town and an attempt to preemptively explain away why they are untargetable as scum. I consider Lea to be a better player as town and more devious as scum, which is why that claim does not track for me as a town claim. She takes any possible benefit for town that her role could have and throws it away out of fear that she might get mislynched if town targets her? I don't believe anyone comes into this game and looks at the player list and believes there is a 100% chance they get mislynched over this role as town.

I had more thoughts but got distracted irl and now I can't really articulate them very well so ill just leave this as I've seen it so far and add more when I can.

Scum only has to target Lea once and they'll know she's untargetable, so they would only have to waste one night action. Town would likely not claim their action right away which means there's more potential to waste multiple town actions because the info isn't shared. So I think the way she claimed was generally pro-town

Quick notes so far

Ben's post 7 made me feel grimy, but him linking to Lea so hard when I started coming around to thinking Lea is Town made me feel better because I don't know if Scumben needs to do that. Ben also said he thinks he might be the only person who prefers Day 1 which is dumb to say since I am the king of Day 1.

I'm also leaning on the side of Lea being Town. As Scum, she would claim this right away because if she was the same role last game, she wouldn't want to get got the same way, but that claim is a single play that probably has less equity than letting it slide.

Plum on page 1 seemed to be the most "on the outside looking in" of people posting, so he's probably Scum and if I had a dayvig shot I would have pulled the trigger as my first post this game.

BCT, sorry bud, entered by asking how we do day 1's, which is a complete farce since BCT has played in few games and read through games before. That's pure "Hey guys, this is my first game of Among Us, what does venting mean?" energy as I vent around murdering everyone in my first game of Among Us. I will say on quick re-reading page 2 I did not like Mzero's triple posts from #52-#54. Looked there like he was realizing one post a time they next post he needeed to make to make his thought process conclude believably so that he could move on from this "crush Ulti" issue he had trapped himself in. Anyone have thoughts on these posts?

This is really contrived logic for 100 posts in. I dont think town Mzero attempts to make these sort of far flung connections as town so early.

It's very simple logic. If Lea is untargetable and scum knows she is town, scum doesn't want to take that mislynch off the board. Especially cause it's a suspicious claim that could be made to avoid being scanned as scum. Ben could have pocketed her without going so far into confirmed territory

I do feel weird about Ben's reaction, but I feel like Scum Ben/Town Lea is almost never true. If scum really can't target Lea calling her confirmable doesn't seem like the move. Scum/Scum is too on the nose, and besides, they were both scum last game. What are the chances all three of us rolled scum again?

He thinks we're scum? Well he didn't comment on Lea's claim at all. Lea didnt even say she was town. I said she was town. Lea just claimed. You'd think that if he had an opinion that Lea was not town he would have mentioned the claim and had an opinion on it.
