A court transcript from July 28, 2021 shows the judge in the case agreed "The DA's office should have notified you because that's the law. That's Marsy's Law."

The judge agreed with Le back in July but now they are showing "proof" just now. This is San Francisco and it is majority liberal so the chance of it being a partisian recall is slim. It has been shown the residents of San Francisco are fed up with the state of their city.
