Literally who even cares about this still? Overwatch was by far my most played game from 2017-2018 and I just stopped caring. They took too long and now I have no interest anymore.

Russia is going to use every tool at their disposal. They were rumors earlier in the invasion that Russians were setting up evacuation buses for civilians and then shipping them over to Russia to be held captive. I think the Ukrainian government even had to put out a message telling people not to get on those buses because they aren't using any.
