Highlights are:

• a way more realistic free agency where players have motivations beyond just contracts so you could offer a guy a bit less than his highest offer and he'd pick your team if it's a better fit
• also limits on how many players you can offer in free agency + indicators of how interested they'd be in your team
• various player "tags" that give them XP bonuses or change how teams value them
• some better contract flexibility (player friendly, balanced, team friendly - not full customization but way better than what we had)
• cap rollover
• some scouting improvements - important position ratings are now revealed first
• draft logic improvements, teams won't draft a QB high if they have recently drafted one early in the draft (links to player tag system)
• more variance to draft class generation - some players are generational prospects, some are athletic freaks with mediocre skills, some are really good at one thing but bad at others

Like between this and some of the alleged gameplay changes I'm kinda tempted to buy it on ps5
