I think across all gens, ignoring ubers, it might be Zapdos. He's relevant in almost every meta, top tier in gens 1 and 2, and continues pretty strong going forwards. Other contenders are Chansey, Snorlax, and Starmie, maybe Tyranitar if we include Gen 2. Gengar's probably ahead of Alakazam, but hard to judge because he manages to get banned in some form 3.5 times. Skarmory is up there, too, only falling off in Sword and Shield.
Lots of good pokemon got started pretty early. Some of the offensive ones get powercrept hard, the defensive ones have better staying power. Zapdos sticks around for having a great typing, good movepool (until it gets completely shafted), and speed so that it doesn't have to eat beat downs unlike other defensive pokemon.

He's been trolling, I think all week, about Trump and Russia. Today he was concern trolling about America invading Iraq in the past, clearly trying to detract from the war in Ukraine.

Folding fitted sheets is really easy once you get it right. Pretend the y-axis is the longer side and x-axis is shorter:

1. Start roughly like the image above, with all the ruffles on the inside. The ruffles are the "bottom."
2. Hold it by the bottom and fold it by the y-axis so you have a long thin sheet.
3. Divide the sheet into thirds in your mind then fold one side inwards and one side outwards. It should make a kind of z-shape.
4. Grab a small laundry hamper, crumple up the sheet and throw that shit in the linen closet.
5. Done.

It has some really strong qualities and some really weak qualities.
Look at why people say "The Last Jedi" is the worst Star Wars even compared to the prequels, or "DS9" is the best Star Trek, or anime fans who care about waifus - they have a fixation on one aspect of a piece of media and throw away other aspects. Hell, look at Scotty's takes on anything.

Personal opinion is subjective, no matter how deeply you dive into it, and even absolute trash can be loved by someone. That said, Okami isn't absolute trash and there's a lot to love about it... but there's also some major pain points. If you can get past those pain points, Okami can be great, if you can't you can't.

It's not literally impossible, but you have to do weird tiny jumps that you don't learn until that point. If I could make it over those three hard jumps in a row, I could beat the rest of the game.
The dam was easy once you learned it, you just had to learn it and it's boring.

Almost definitely, but I doubt he's part of it. Every so often you'll see a group of "conservative" posters make topic after topic, all agreeing with each other, before they all get modded and go away for a month.

Lorewise, in Gen 1 evolution is still kind of a mystery. "Scientists" aren't even sure that certain pokemon are related through evolution. Levels don't really exist and, presumably, there's some other reasons Crobats can exist in the wild.

There's a reason you can find overleveled unevolved pokemon (level 100 Magikarp) or sometimes evolved pokemon lower level than it would take a trainer to get them (level 4 Kakuna, Weedil evolves at 7).

Also worth noting that "we don't know how pokemon make eggs" is probably not a sex joke. They really don't know how those eggs get there.

This is fair for sure. One Piece is WAY better than Fairy Tail.

Fairy Tail is a "swimming in 7's" anime. It's so exceedingly average.

The manga has some good art and the story is better planned out through the Elf arc.

I took one of the older CS50 courses, but it left me feeling like "now what?" Kinda where I already was for years. I might run through this course once I clean up some (overly expensive) college Network courses.

I use Git/GitHub on IntelliJ (Java IDE) and it's basically automatic.
On Unix, you can use this, save as gitupload.sh:

I'm pretty sure this is a repost topic, and I've said this all before, but...

Caillou started off as a newborn baby in the books. He whines and cries because he can't verbalize, he's a baby. As the books go on, he gets older. The TV show has him remaining like a shitty baby.

There's a social theory about kids shows that they generally portray their character acting one age group older than the group they are targeting. Teenagers watch shows about college kids, pre-teens watch shows about teenagers, 10 year olds (watch anime) watch shows about pre-teens (Disney/Nick), and so on. Sesame Street isn't teaching your 1 and 2 year olds to act like babies, it's teaching them reading and numbers to prepare them to enter pre-school. Caillou bucks this trend by being a show for babies about a baby and it's awful because of that.

All that said, Bluey is unironically the best kid's show out right now. If I'm babysitting my friends' kids, they know what we're watching.
