Also Putin knows he can't control every stray bullet in Ukraine, so he'd have to pull back all his troops before the visit to avoid the blame for that.
Finally, Biden's presence would effectively cockblock him even more than a no-fly zone would, so Putin would probably threaten the U.S. with war anyway if Biden were to (publicly) visit Ukraine.

Simply put, Biden publicly visiting Ukraine is probably not a good idea.

Personally I care a great deal about the environment and do what I can to help preserve it, both in my daily habits and by exclusively investing in environment-friendly stocks and bonds.

Obviously no single individual cannot change much, but a lot of individuals taking similar action can have a more significant impact.
Although I fear that the environment will gradually become worse in the decades to comes, I do believe we can definitely limit how bad it's going to get.

Couldn't Russia (or any country unwilling to give up its veto) simply veto-block such a change?
Kinda like why the U.S. never gets rid of things like the electoral system, winner-takes-all and gerrymandering - because those systems helped putting whoever is in power, in power.

No way to actually enforce this ruling. The court could present the case to the UN Security Council, but the fact that Russia has a veto vote on that council makes the whole thing a moo point.

So yeah, the only thing NATO and/or UN could do at this point is write Russia a letter, telling them how angry the UN are at Russia.
