The people who pop up first are the ones that are online, it'll say.

@vladimirr

So far the only issue I'm running into is the app matching me up with people that are like 75 miles away. Anyway to adjust that to like 20?

I never used the app version so I'm unaware how it works on there.

Usually you just go to search, type in your postal code/zip code, city and province/state, then you can adjust how far it searches with the mile range.

Have you tried PoF?

No. That's about the only one I haven't tried.

Why not? Give it a try.

I'm actually about to try PoF myself. How is it compared to Tinder, Bumble and OkCupid?

I've never tried Bumble or OkCupid.

From my experience on PoF, I've had women contact me first as opposed to on Tinder, where despite swiping right on every profile and loading up on matches, most women wouldn't give me the time of day.

I did a little experiment on PoF once where I would have hardly put any detail in my profile and basically got no action in compared to when I wrote a couple paragraphs about myself. Women are looking for relationships not hookups.

Also, side note; if someone views your profile, you will get a notification of the user that viewed it and vice versa. Good way to know if someone was scouting you.

Do you swipe right on every profile or do you carefully select certain profiles because if it's the latter then you're clearly doing it wrong on top of the shit that you're already doing wrong.

What would I swipe right on every profile? Not only would I run out of likes too quickly. But I'd be wasting likes on some fat ugly bitches.

You shouldn't be so quick to judge people. You run of the likes for what? 12 hours? Big deal. It gives you a hell of a lot more options.

Have you tried PoF?

Nope, it levels up 3 stats, no more or no less.

This is helpful because when your units start maxing out stats, that's when you would use you BEXP on them, guaranteeing 3 stat level ups that would normally be a low growth stat. (A 5% growth rate on resistance for example).

User above me covered it up nicely.

I don't think it is annoying, but any time I am drinking a beverage out of a can, I always leave a small amount of liquid remaining in the can. I never fully finish it.

my ire is directed more toward people who get aggravated when we quote them timeframes. no, I will not apologize that an oil change will take all day. I would be happy to schedule an appointment at some point in the future. no, I don't care that you're going to tell your friends to go to Jiffy Lube instead

Yeah as long as a shop will actually tell me it's going to take all day rather than a reasonable amount of time, I don't see an issue.

One time I got pissed though because I scheduled an appointment to have my oil changed and tires rotated at 8am on a Saturday morning. Dropped my car off and took off to go have breakfast. Returned about 9:30 to see that my car hadn't moved at all. I said WTF to them, and they said "Oh, we haven't been able to get to your car yet"...it's like...an appointment isn't just a scheduled time for me to drop off my car...it's a time when you're supposed to actually start working on it. I get things can run late, but over an hour and a half is unacceptable.

Funny enough, last year I was getting my winter tires taken off. I had an appointment at 7:45am and decided to wait while it was being done. It was early in the morning so it shouldn't have taken long. About an hour of sitting, a guy comes up to me and asks, "Are the tires under your fathers name?" I answered with, "no they're under mine." He left and came back about 45mins later and told me they couldn't find them and we would have to reschedule. I was so annoyed. Not only did I almost waste 2 hours for nothing, but why did it take them that long to tell me all of this?

Anyways, they lost my tires and bought me brand new ones.

I don't know why people make these kinds of topics. You could have inserted any game title in the topic title and people would disagree. We all know there's no mutual agreement when it comes to shit like this.
