Basically you summon them on one turn, then you use your summon on the next turn to summon them again instead of playing another monster, and their effect activates

and remember
in grave and on the field before you use your normal summon to turn them into effect monsters(or summon raptinus ) they are treated as normal monsters

so they can use all the normal monster supports like dust barrier and you can use them to use symbols of duty
