We take possession 6/1. We'll still have the lease to our apartment until the end of June, which will be super nice. --- |

During the inspection we discovered that the plumbing was a DISASTER because the pipes had burst so I backed out of the deal. Yeah, definitely worth it. They run about $325 for top to bottom inspection, then an additional $175 for Radon inspection. --- |
