I also have observed that many people are taught to use md5 for passwords when it even says in official documentation site that it should not be used for passwords. I never went to school for learning PHP; I'm all self taught and probably better than someone fresh out of college for it. --- |

Depending on what kind of threats he is making, he could potentially be fired for that. I know my workplace is very serious about threats. --- |

Then after it gets reviewed and passes I do a more detailed interview and try and get more information about their answers. If I have doubts about whether they did something, I'll go into more specifics because it gives me more information to decide if it was truthful or not. While I wasn't the only one who had a say at the end of the interview on if the person got the position, I will say the ones I approved were the ones who were the most successful. --- |

For me grounded meant no friends over, no games, no tv, no going outside other than taking the dog out so I literally had nothing to do. Also the studies have a fallacy because not every family situation is the same. If the family was already struggling it can be easy to add something to it to prove your study. --- |

One of the worst decisions corporate made was this year all employees got a 2% increase regardless if they busted their butt or did the bare minimum to get by. I might also add in that the CEO got a multi-million dollar raise. I'm a customer service manager at my local Walmart, but that's because I don't really have anything else I can switch to that pays enough. --- |

Also unless you pasted wrong, I'm pretty certain that you would get a syntax error on line 450 due to having a comma with nothing after it. I also don't understand why you don't just use CREATE TABLE IF NOT EXISTS because that will check if the table exists or not. --- |
